Concrete anchor bodies and plugs
An anchor for being embedded in concrete for attachment to a fastener to support a load comprises a plug having a main body portion extending upwardly from a base portion, the plug for being attached to a form board prior to pouring of concrete, the plug having an end portion disposed a distance from the form board; and an anchor body attached to the end portion. The plug is separable from the anchor body and removable from the concrete after the concrete is cured, leaving the anchor body embedded in the concrete, the plug providing a void in the concrete after removal to provide an access opening for a threaded portion of a fastener to attach to the anchor body.
Brace insert device used in the construction of concrete panels
A brace insert device that is configured to be cast in concrete includes an anchor insert that has a hub with a threaded inner surface and a plurality of legs extending from the hub. A fastener has a shank portion that is threadably engaged with the threaded inner surface of the hub, where a head portion of the fastener is coupled to an end of the shank portion. A cap has an inner surface that is disposed over and conceals the head portion of the fastener. The cap is configured to be removed from a cured concrete structure to expose and allow operable access to the head portion of the fastener for use in attaching a wall brace.

Lifting and jacking apparatus
A lifting and jacking apparatus including a void former configured for embedment in a concrete slab before pouring of the concrete slab and a lifting bail removably insertable in and securely attachable to the void former. The void former includes a built in jacking screw configured to assist in adjusting the height of the concrete slab.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A CAST-IN ANCHOR
A system includes an anchor body, having a head and a hollow chamber shaft coupled to the head. The system includes a housing component configured to support the anchor body. The system also includes one or more fasteners supported by the housing component. At least one of the fasteners is coupled to the head of the anchor body, and an apex of each fastener is positioned to be above the head of the anchor body.

Construction anchoring system, apparatus and methodology
A construction anchoring system includes one or more anchor apparatuses which are mountable relative to a form used to create a concrete support structure. The concrete is deposited in the form and cures whereby the one or more anchor apparatuses becomes embedded within the concrete support structure. The embedded anchor apparatus is readily accessible to be coupled with, or to support, construction supplies or equipment such as ductwork, electrical cables, plumbing, sprinklers, safety lines or fences, etc. within a construction site. A plurality of anchor apparatuses may be mounted relative to the concrete form to create a system for organizing the installation of construction materials and/or safety equipment.
Holder and concrete anchor assemblies
A concrete anchor assembly includes a housing including a lower opening and a side wall; a flange portion extending from the housing; a ramp surface extending upwardly around the lower opening; a split body disposed over the lower opening, the split body including a bottom surface engaging the ramp surface, the split body including a threaded opening. The housing includes a gap between the split body and the side wall. A compressed spring forces the split body toward a bottom of the ramp surface.
