Bracket for positioning and protecting pipes in concrete
A bracket holds a rigid or flexible tube during the pouring of a concrete slab. The bracket has a base and a housing connected to the base. The tube curves around a first tube support on the housing before passing through an opening in the bottom of the housing. The tube and any members inside the tube are cut off so they end inside the housing and are then covered by a housing cap. The base is fastened to a form for the concrete slab. The height of the housing relative to the base is adjusted to place the cap at the planned surface of the concrete slab. After the concrete slab is formed the cap is removed and the cut members inside the housing are connected to other members or devices.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY SYSTEM
An electrical safety system is provided that includes a conductive coupler, for coupling the electrical safety system to a conductive element and be cast into concrete or similar material with the conductive element; and a housing, coupled to the conductive coupler, configured to be at least partially cast into the concrete or similar material to provide external access to the conductive coupler and thereby the conductive element. A length of the housing is adjustable after being cast into the concrete or similar material to enable the housing to sit flush with a finished surface of or associated with the concrete.
Method and Device for Pre-Casting Conduit Holes in Building Foundations
A method of constructing multiple conduits in building foundations that eliminates the process of core drilling after the foundation has been poured and set. This method creates optional openings for possible future connections. The process uses removable conduit molds installed before the foundation is poured. Once the foundation has set, conduit molds are removed to explose conduits in the foundation as needed.

Keywell form retention assembly
A keywell form retention assembly includes post that having a bottom end and a top end. The post has a front side and a back side. A plurality of mounting holes extends through the front and back sides. The mounting holes receive fasteners to mount the post to a cement form. A sleeve is attached to the top end of the post. An arm has a first end and a second end. The arm extends through the sleeve and is movable forward or rearward through the sleeve. A leg is attached to and extends downwardly from the arm adjacent to the first end. An anchor plate is attached to the leg. The anchor plate has a mounting aperture extending therethrough to receive a coupler to engage a panel. The anchor plate retains the panel such that that panel abuts and stabilizes a keyway form.
Sleeve for concrete slab penetration
A sleeve for forming a channel through a concrete slab is described herein. The sleeve includes a sleeve body with top and bottom ends extending along a longitudinal axis, wherein the top end is wider than the bottom end. The sleeve includes an attachment flange attached to the bottom end that extends laterally outward with respect to the longitudinal axis. The attachment flange may be secured to a concrete form. An alternative sleeve has an attachment mechanism protruding from the first end of the sleeve body for facilitating the attachment of the sleeve body to a concrete form. In some embodiments, the sleeve can also include a removal mechanism disposed at the second end of the sleeve body to facilitate removal of the sleeve body from the concrete slab. Various sleeve configurations are described, some of which are reusable and some of which are one-time use only.
Method of constructing hollow wall structure
A method of constructing a hollow wall structure comprising: a step (A) of constructing a grout wall mold; a step (B) of grouted a curable liquid material into the grouting space; a step (C) of removing the first template wall and the second template wall so as to produce a semi-finished hollow wall having the Styrofoam board; and a step (D) of removing a semi-finished hollow wall having the Styrofoam board so as to obtain a hollow wall having a communication space. The communication space has an inflow conduit and a connection channel.
Flanged conduit support with ganging mechanism
A flanged conduit support for forming openings in a poured concrete structure. The flanged conduit support includes a flange and a hub with a socket. A ganging means on the flanged conduit support enables the joining and locking of two or more supports together in a spaced relationship. The ganging means includes a male snap member with a tab and a tapered end and the female snap member includes a receiving slot. The flanged conduit support provides a means for rapidly securing a first end of conduit to a form and capping the opposite ends of the conduit to prevent the entry of concrete during the concrete pour. A removable cap may be removed after the concrete cures to provide one or more open pathways for running electrical cables through the horizontal floors or vertical walls.
