Anchor
An anchor for arrangement in a building element, in particular in a wall, in a ceiling or in a precast concrete part. The anchor includes an anchoring element for anchoring in a receiving opening of the building element comprising an undercut, a connecting element for connection to a supporting element, in particular to a platform for formwork, or to a support arm for a protective shield, or to a lifting element for lifting the building element. In some aspects, the anchoring element is movable between an anchoring position for anchoring in the receiving opening and a release position for removal from the building element. The anchor may additionally include a securing element which blocks the movement of the anchoring element between the anchoring position and the release position in a first position and releases the anchoring element in a second position.
Strongback waler bracket and methods of using the same
Brackets for securing vertical strongbacks to horizontal walers secured to a face of a concrete wall form. Each bracket has a flange adapted to be mounted to an upper surface of the waler, a standoff connected to the flange and extending perpendicular to and beyond the waler to a distal end for defining a strongback-receiving pocket between the waler and the distal end for receiving the strongback. A wedge is operatively coupled to the distal end for pinching the strongback between the wedge and the waler for securing the strongback to the waler.
SHEET FOR PROTECTING A FORMWORK SURFACE, FORMWORK INSTALLATION, METHOD OF PRODUCTION AND METHOD OF USE
The invention relates to a sheet (10) for protecting a form-work surface, intended to surround a construction material. According to the invention, the sheet (10) comprises at least: a front layer, including at least one polymer material and provided to be in contact with the construction material so as to reduce wear and the formation of grooves on the framework surface and to limit adhesion of the construction material during removal of the formwork; and a rear adhesive layer, provided to be positioned against the formwork surface and rigidly connect the sheet (10) to the formwork surface before the construction material is introduced. The invention also relates to a formwork installation (1) equipped with at least one such sheet (10). The invention further relates to a method of producing and a method of using a sheet (10) of this type.
GUARDRAIL POST HOLDER FOR CONSTRUCTION PLATFORM
A bracket configured to support a guardrail assembly of a construction platform.

ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR CONCRETE FORMS
A brace for supporting a concrete form is disclosed. The brace includes a strongback couplable to an insulated concrete form, a platform coupled to the strongback, and an outrigger. The brace includes an adjustment mechanism having a casing portion coupled to the platform, a manipulable body housed within the casing portion, and a retaining body housed within the casing. The manipulable body extends through an opening of the casing portion and is coupled to the outrigger. The adjustment mechanism is manipulable by a single user located on the platform to reposition the outrigger to adjust a plumb of the concrete form.
Template assembly for locating anchor bolts in a concrete pour of a form
A method of using a template assembly for locating and retaining a plurality of anchor bolts within a form during a concrete pour. The template assembly includes a rigid metal frame and plurality of anchor bolt retainers affixed to the frame, wherein each anchor bolt includes an anchor bolt engaging surface for locating an associated anchor bolt within predetermined tolerances. The frame can be further configured to provide access to at least 75% of the surface of the pour thereby allowing for finishing of the concrete. A plurality of legs can be connected to the frame for adjusting an elevation of the frame.
SIDE PROTECTOR, CEILING FORMWORK SYSTEM HAVING AT LEAST ONE SUCH SIDE PROTECTOR, AND METHOD FOR ERECTING SUCH A SIDE PROTECTOR
A side protector for ceiling formwork. The ceiling formwork comprises at least one formwork element having a frame. The side protector has a railing. Furthermore, the side protector has a pivoting frame. The railing is connected to the pivoting frame. The pivoting frame can be connected indirectly or directly to the frame from the bottom side of the ceiling formwork. The pivoting frame can be pivoted from an installation position into an end position about an axis of rotation (A) in such a way that the ceiling formwork is laterally secured by the railing. Furthermore, a ceiling formwork system, having at least one corresponding side protector and ceiling formwork, is specified. In addition, a method for erecting such a side protector is specified.
