Bearing plate of an integrated construction system
Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.
Integrated construction system
Various implementations described herein are directed to an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the integrated construction system includes a first panel for a formwork configuration of the integrated construction system, a second panel for a shoring configuration of the integrated construction system, and a third panel for a worker access configuration of the integrated construction system. The first panel, the second panel and the third panel are the same panel type.
Modular ledgers of an integrated construction system
Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular ledger of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular ledger includes a rail, having a first end and a second end. Each end of the rail is configured to receive a coupling component. The rail has a plurality of holes configured to couple to bracing components of the integrated construction system.
Climbing formwork for erecting a concrete structure
A method for erecting a concrete structure by successively casting at least a first casting segment with a first floor slab, a second casting segment with a second floor slab and a third casting segment with a third floor slab includes providing a support column carrying a frame for suspending a formwork therefrom, the support column having a jack for transferring the support column from a retracted position to an extended position and vice versa, supporting the support column, by means of a first support bracket, arranging a second support bracket, at a vertical position between the second and third floor slab, on the support column, activating the jack for transferring the support column from the retracted position to the extended position, supporting the support column, by means of the second support bracket, and activating the jack for transferring the support column from the extended position to the retracted position.
Modular posts of an integrated construction system
Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular post of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular post includes a longitudinal extruded post having a first end and a second end. Each end of the longitudinal extruded post is configured to receive a post end component. The longitudinal extruded post includes a plurality of grooves cut into the longitudinal extruded post at predetermined locations along the post.
PROFILED RAIL WITH PLUG FOR FASTENING TO FORMWORK
The present invention relates to a profiled rail (2) for fastening to a formwork (5) for at least partially embedding in concrete. The profiled rail (2) is formed in a substantially C-shaped manner along a profiled rail longitudinal axis, wherein a plurality of holes (24) are formed in the rail back (21). Plugs (1) are inserted into some of the holes (24), wherein each plug (1) has a cap section (12) and an adjoining through section (10). The through section (10) fits through the respective hole wherein the cap section butts against the rail back (21). The plug (1) has a feed-through region (13) through which an elongate connecting element (4) can be pieced being guided by the feed-through region (13). The connecting element (4) is preferably a nail or a screw and connects the plug (1) to the formwork (5) holding the profiled rail on the formwork (5).
PRECAST CONCRETE FORMWORK, FLOOR SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION
Formwork for constructing a floor system in a building, the formwork comprising: a plurality of pre-cast concrete joists positioned in a generally parallel arrangement, wherein one or more of the joists comprises: a horizontal base portion; and an upwardly directed portion extending substantially along the length of the joist, the upwardly directed portion having spaced apart surfaces extending upwardly from the base wherein respective shelf portions of the base are located adjacent said upwardly directed portion; a plurality of pre-cast concrete members for extending along a length of the joists for receiving wet concrete; and a supporting arrangement to support opposite ends each of the pre-cast concrete members upon oppositely arranged shelf portions of two adjacent joists.
TEMPLATE ASSEMBLY FOR LOCATING ANCHOR BOLTS IN A CONCRETE POUR OF A FORM
The present disclosure provides a template assembly for locating and retaining a plurality of anchor bolts within a form during a concrete pour. The template assembly includes a rigid metal frame and plurality of anchor bolt retainers affixed to the frame, wherein each anchor bolt includes an anchor bolt engaging surface for locating an associated anchor bolt within predetermined tolerances. The frame can be further configured to provide access to at least 75% of the surface of the pour thereby allowing for finishing of the concrete at an optimal time. A plurality of legs can be connected to the frame for adjusting an elevation of the frame.
PRE-CAST CONCRETE FORMWORK, WALL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION
Formwork for building a wall system, the formwork comprising: a first pre-cast concrete wall panel and a second pre-cast concrete wall panel, the first wall panel being adapted for being positioned in a spaced relationship with the second wall panel; a hollow core defined by oppositely arranged surfaces of the first and second wall panels, the core being adapted for receiving wet concrete; and a connecting arrangement for inter-connecting the first wall panel with the second wall panel in the spaced relationship, the connecting arrangement extending generally in an outwardly direction relative to said oppositely arranged surfaces of the first and second wall panels.
Support for supporting a structure region
A support for supporting a structure region, including a central part which has a hollow profiled rectangular tube and two end parts, wherein each of the end parts is arranged so as to be telescopable out of the central part from open ends of the hollow profiled rectangular tube in order to change the length of the support. Each of the end parts has a hollow profiled round tube, and inner wall regions of the hollow profiled rectangular tube form guides for the hollow profiled round tubes. The hollow profiled round tubes can be guided in the central part in the longitudinal direction of the hollow profiled rectangular tube by means of contact region lying against the guides so as to achieve the telescopability of the end parts.
