CLIMBING FORMWORK AND METHOD FOR ERECTION OF A CONCRETE STRUCTURE
A climbing formwork and a method for erection of a concrete structure by successively casting a plurality of casting segments, the climbing formwork comprising a first form element for delimiting a cavity to receive concrete for forming an uppermost casting segment, the first form element having upper and lower ends, a support structure to support the first form element, a tilt sensor for measuring a tilt of the first form element, a measuring unit for measuring a horizontal distance between the lower end of the outer surface of the first form element and the upper end of the outer surface of the previous casting segment, a processing unit communicating with the tilt sensor and the measuring unit for calculating a target tilt of the first form element, the processing unit further for determining a deviation between the actual tilt and the target tilt of the first form element.
Load Bearing Components and Safety Deck of an Integrated Construction System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.
Prefabricated module for casting a concrete wall
A concrete wall formwork module is provided in which the lateral and longitudinal opposite side edges of the modules are provided with complementary shapes that lock in place two adjacent modules when they are both deployed. The opposite side edges of adjacent modules interlock in one direction and are configured for adjoining according to a shiplap arrangement in the other direction.
Concrete form assembly
Concrete form assemblies having insulating foam panels are created using locking members embedded within the insulating foam panels and ties each having a pair of side rails for coupling two insulating foam panels together at a predetermined distance apart, the locking members and side rails being adapted so that either side rail can be coupled to either locking member and either of the ends of the rails and locking members can be toward the top or bottom of the assembly when the rails are coupled to the locking members.
Wall jack
The wall jack may comprise a strongback coupler, a horizontal arm, a handrail holder, a support strut, and a support foot. The wall jack may be adapted to couple to a strongback of a concrete form. The strongback coupler may couple to the strongback by hanging on a bolt protruding from the strongback. The horizontal arm may extend away from the strongback coupler in a direction that is perpendicular to the concrete form. The support strut may brace the horizontal arm diagonally between a midpoint of the horizontal arm and the support foot pressing against the strongback at a location that is below the strongback coupler. The handrail holder may retain a handrail post in a vertical orientation. The wall jack may be used in groups of two or more to support scaffold planks or walk boards of a scaffold.
FORMWORK SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INSTALLING A FORMWORK SUPPORT SYSTEM
A formwork support system comprising: a first pair of support props, a second pair of support props, a longitudinal beam with opposite ends attached to the first pair of support props, a longitudinal support with opposite ends attached to the second pair of support props, a cantilever beam extending transversely to the longitudinal beam and the longitudinal support, respectively, the cantilever beam being supported on an upper side of the longitudinal support, the cantilever beam having a first end secured to the longitudinal beam.
Concrete form system with movably connected braces
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a concrete form can include a forming wall including a concrete contact side and a bracing side and a plurality of braces movably connected to the bracing side of the forming wall, wherein the plurality of braces move between a retracted position and a bracing position.
Modular Posts of an Integrated Construction System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular post of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular post includes a longitudinal extruded post having a first end and a second end. Each end of the longitudinal extruded post is configured to receive a post end component. The longitudinal extruded post includes a plurality of grooves cut into the longitudinal extruded post at predetermined locations along the post.
STACK ASSEMBLY-TYPE APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING FORMWORK
A formwork supporting apparatus for supporting a formwork for casting concrete is proposed. More specifically, a formwork supporting apparatus is installed by paratactically connecting at least one support frame (100) achieved by connecting a front and a rear vertical frame (10, 20) in a square form by a connection frame (30), so as to support a formwork, wherein the support frame (100) is connected and assembled by a front and a rear vertical assembling part (60, 70) while being vertically stacked corresponding to the height of the formwork. Therefore, during casting and curing of concrete while continuing to connect and install the formwork upward, the supporting apparatus is installed by connecting the support frame to be consecutively stacked upward instead of reinstalling a support frame on the upper position as in the prior art, and thus can significantly improve workability and convenience.
Horizontal Formwork
A horizontal formwork is disclosed that includes a support base and a plurality of formwork panels that are supported thereon. The support base includes a plurality of basic grids that each have four heads arranged at the vertices of the basic grid. Two main beams are arranged parallel to one another, and two edge beams arranged parallel to one another and perpendicular to the main beams. Each basic grid also includes central beams which are arranged parallel to the edge beams and supported on the main beams. The main beams include housings adapted for receiving an end of a respective central beam. At least one of the basic grids includes at least one main beam having support sections for additional beams for supporting the formwork panels.
