SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ROUND COLUMN CONSTRUCTION
An apparatus for forming a concrete column is disclosed. The apparatus may include a first column form half and a second column form half, which may be designed to be fitted together. The apparatus may also include a fastening system having at least one brace and a plurality of straps to fasten the first column form half with the second column form half to form a full column form. The full column form may then be filled with a poured concrete mixture, which when hardened or cured, may be a concrete column used in any number of structural or design applications.

Stem Wall Bracket System and Method
A stem wall bracket comprising a horizontal member, a short vertical member extending downward from a first edge of the horizontal member, and a long vertical member extending downward from a second edge of the horizontal member, where the first edge is opposite the second edge. The stem wall bracket further comprises a pin holder configured to extend through a hole in the horizontal member. The pin holder comprises a vertical portion and a horizontal portion extending from the vertical portion, where the horizontal portion is configured to hold a horizontally oriented rebar. The short vertical member and long vertical member further comprise a plurality of holes to allow a first and second form board to be removably attached using a plurality of fasteners.

Form bracket for concrete panel form
A form bracket for supporting a wall of a concrete panel form at a casting slab includes a first planar member having a lower surface configured to engage a casting slab. A second planar member is coupled with the first planar member. The second planar member has a front surface disposed perpendicular to the lower surface of the first planar member and configured to engage a wall of a concrete panel form. In some implementations, the first and second planar members have different dimensions so as to be capable of being reoriented to accommodate different sized walls. A pair of support members extend between an upper portion of the first planar member and a rear portion of the second planar member. The pair of support members are spaced apart to define a void that is configured to matably receive a second form bracket in a stacked arrangement.

Apparatus and method for supporting an elevated form panel
A system includes a form panel positioning apparatus for positioning an elevated form panel of a concrete form. The apparatus may include at least one positioning subassembly providing positioning of the form panel in at least one direction, and may include a first positioning subassembly with a first clip to clip onto an element of a concrete reinforcement structure, a first support rod engageable with the first clip, and a first positioning plate positionable on the rod adjacent to the form panel to support the form panel on the rod. The system may include a second positioning subassembly for positioning the form panel such that the form panel is supported in two directions, such as substantially vertical and substantially horizontal directions.
Stay-in-Place Forms and Methods and Equipment for Installation Thereof
Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.
