STEEL TUBE SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE FOR BEAM TRANSFER FLOOR IN HIGH-RISE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A steel tube supporting construction structure for beam transfer floor in high-rise building and a construction method therefor are provided. The construction structure includes an upper beam formwork, a lower beam formwork, and a stand. The lower beam formwork is provided with a first column formwork on a top wall thereof, the upper beam formwork is detachably provided with a second column formwork on the bottom wall thereof. The second column formwork is detachably provided with a bottom formwork on a lower end of the second column formwork. The second column formwork is provided with a connecting member respectively on an upper end and a lower end thereof for connecting with the upper beam formwork, the lower beam formwork and the bottom formwork. The first column formwork and the second column formwork are each detachably provided with an upright barrel formwork in the vertical direction.
TRANSPORT APPARATUS FOR TRANSPORTING PLATE
A transport apparatus for transporting a plate comprising: a shell, a drive system, and a first set of rollers. The shell comprises an entrance and an exit that are disposed opposite to each other in relation to the shell. The drive system is disposed on the shell. The first set of rollers is disposed in the shell. The first set of rollers comprises: a first roller and a first adjustment roller. The first roller is electrically coupled to the drive system and configured to be rotated by the drive system. The first adjustment roller is movably disposed in the shell and is configured to adjust a first distance between the first roller and the first adjustment roller.
Concrete Forming System
A concrete forming system for reducing the time and labor required for the framing, pouring, and curing of concrete walls. The concrete forming system generally includes concrete forms including a first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, and a pair of sidewalls. A cavity is formed between the walls; with an opening being fluidly connected to the cavity. A first vehicle is connected to the first wall and a second vehicle is connected to the second wall. Using the vehicles, the positioning and orientation of the walls may be adjusted. After the walls have been placed and oriented, the vehicles will hold the walls in place as concrete is poured into the cavity through the opening. The concrete is allowed to cure into a structure; after which the vehicles and walls may be moved to another location to repeat the process.
MACHINE FOR REMOVING FORMWORK FROM CEILING STRUCTURE
A machine for removing formwork from underneath a cured concrete slab includes a wheeled base movable on and supported at a support structure, a raisable-and-lowerable structure disposed on the wheeled base, and a formwork-removal device attached to the raisable-and-lowerable structure. The formwork-removal device includes an arm extending from the raisable-and-lowerable structure, at least one wedge element disposed at a distal end of the arm, and a formwork-retaining mechanism. With the raisable-and-lowerable structure adjusted to raise the wedge element and the wedge element moved to engage the formwork and an underside of a concrete slab, the wedge element is further moved to apply a force separating part of the formwork from the concrete slab, the formwork-retaining mechanism is operated to grasp the formwork separated from the concrete slab, retaining the formwork. With the formwork grasped by the formwork-retaining mechanism, the raisable-and-lowerable structure is lowered, removing the formwork from the concrete slab.
A TOOL, A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF A REINFORCEMENT BAR STRUCTURE
A tool for manufacturing of a reinforcement bar structure, wherein the tool comprises a main body, a jaw arrangement, a tying device and an arrangement configured for moving the jaw arrangement between a gripping state and a tying state. A system for manufacturing a reinforcement bar structure, wherein the system comprises a supply of reinforcement bar material, a bending apparatus, a holding apparatus and a group of robots wherein at least one robot of the group of robots is equipped with the tool for manufacturing a reinforcement bar structure. A method for transporting and attaching a reinforcement bar during manufacturing of a reinforcement bar structure using a tool comprising a main body, the method comprising gripping a reinforcement bar, tying together the reinforcement bar with another reinforcement bar by looping a wire around the reinforcement bars, tightening the wire around the reinforcement bars, forming a knot, and cutting the wire.
Upright concrete wall panel form apparatus and associated methods
An upright concrete wall panel form apparatus includes a back panel form to be secured to a base in an upright position, an adjustable support assembly to be secured to the base adjacent the back panel form, and a movable front panel form supported by the adjustable support assembly in an upright position. The movable front panel form is moveable via the adjustable support assembly between a concrete wall panel prep area position and a concrete wall panel forming position. The movable front panel form is aligned with the back panel form in the concrete wall panel forming position so as to define a gap therebetween to receive concrete for forming at least one concrete wall panel in an upright position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONCRETE FORMING
A system and a method for concrete forming uses a self-driven formwork machine. The self-driven machine is provided with a lifting system, for lifting objects from the ground like a rebar reinforcing cage. The present invention avoids the use of cranes, such that construction cost and execution time, are greatly reduced. The present invention is preferably used for constructing a capital or lintel on top of a pillar, although it can also be used for constructing other overhanging concrete structures.

Sprayed-in-place framed wall
A sprayed-in-place framed wall is disclosed, comprised of a cementitious face and backing layers and a polyurethane foam insulation layer that bonds the cementitious layers to a separate wall frame. Stationary walls are constructed by spraying the materials against one-sided, vertical wall forms positioned around an erected, exterior wall frame. The cementitious materials are restrained by stays. The wall forms may have indentations to enable the resulting wall face to have protrusions such as moulding, bands, quoins and cornices, which may be a different color that the surrounding flat wall face.
