REBAR TYING TOOL AND REEL
A rebar tying tool may include: a reel including a bobbin and a wire wound around the bobbin, wherein the bobbin includes a detection target portion; a reel attaching part to which the reel is rotatably attached; a feeding unit configured to feed the wire from the bobbin around rebars; a twisting unit configured to twist the wire around the rebars; a plurality of detectors configured to detect the detection target portion; and a support supporting the reel attaching part, the feeding unit, the twisting unit, and the plurality of detectors. The plurality of detectors may be disposed along a rotation direction of the reel and configured to detect the detection target portion as the reel rotates.
ROBOT FOR TYING REBAR ON A REBAR GRID
Disclosed is a rebar automating robot for rebar tying on at least one rebar intersection. The rebar automating robot includes a control box 120 and a processing device 108. The control box 108 includes at least one intersection detection sensor 104 and at least one positioning sensor 106. The at least one intersection detection sensor 104 and the at least one positioning sensor 106 identifies a location of the at least one rebar intersection of a work area. The method includes (a) navigating, the rebar automating robot to a first rebar intersection for tying the first rebar intersection, (b) tying, by a rebar tying tool, the first rebar intersection of the work area, and (c) navigating, the rebar automating robot, from the first rebar intersection to a second rebar intersection for performing rebar tying at the second rebar intersection of the work area.
Template assembly for locating anchor bolts in a concrete pour of a form
The present disclosure provides a template assembly for locating and retaining a plurality of anchor bolts within a form during a concrete pour. The template assembly includes a rigid metal frame and plurality of anchor bolt retainers affixed to the frame, wherein each anchor bolt includes an anchor bolt engaging surface for locating an associated anchor bolt within predetermined tolerances. The frame can be further configured to provide access to at least 75% of the surface of the pour thereby allowing for finishing of the concrete at an optimal time. A plurality of legs can be connected to the frame for adjusting an elevation of the frame.

Electric power tool
An electric power tool disclosed herein may include an actuator; a control unit; and a main switch. When the main power is on, the control unit may be capable of executing at least one sequence operation in which the actuator is operated according to a predetermined sequence. When the operation to switch the main power from on to off is performed on the main switch during execution of the at least one sequence operation: the main power may be kept on and electric power supply to the actuator may be continued until the at least one sequence operation under execution is completed; and the electric power supply to the actuator may be cut off and the main power may be switched from on to off after the at least one sequence operation under execution has been completed.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes a wire feeder, a curl forming part, a cutter, and a binding part configured to twist the wire wound on the object and cut by the cutter. The binding part includes a wire locking body to which the wire is locked; a rotating shaft configured to operate the wire locking body; and a wire holding part including a first member and a second member. The wire holding part is configured to bend the wire wound on the object in an axial direction of the rotating shaft by the relative movement of the first member and the second member approaching each other, and to hold the wire. The cutter is provided in a wire feeding path between the wire feeder and the wire holding part, and is configured to cut the wire after the wire is held by the wire holding part.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a wire feeder; a binding part configured to twist the wire wound around the object to be bound; a curl guide configured to curl the wire fed by the wire feeder; and an draw-in guide configured to guide the wire curled by the curl guide to the binding part, in which the draw-in guide includes a guiding facilitation part that comes into contact with the wire from a radially outer side of a loop that is formed by the wire curled by the curl guide, and applies, to the wire, a force that changes a feeding path of the wire, and a guiding concave portion, provided on a downstream side of the guiding facilitation part in a feeding direction of the wire, into which the wire, expanding toward the radially outer side of the loop, enters.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes a main body, a wire feeder, a curl forming part, a cutter configured to cut the wire wound on the object to be bound, a binding part including a rotating shaft, a handle provided on one side of the main body in a first direction intersecting an axial direction of the rotating shaft, a blower configured to generate an air flow through an inside of the main body; and an exhaust port provided on one side or another side of the main body in a second direction intersecting the axial direction of the rotating shaft and an extending direction of the handle, and configured to exhaust air generated by the blower and passed through the inside of the main body.
Rebar Joint Tie Tool
The present disclosure provides kits, apparatuses, adjustable tracks, systems, or processes for fastening elongate objects such as reinforcing bar (rebar) in place either to tack the elongate objects together for subsequent welding, or alternatively, as a final fastener when, for example, the elongate objects are subsequently to be embedded in a material such as concrete.
Sheath for a structural cable of a construction work, methods of installation and maintenance
The proposed sheath is for a structural cable (10) having a path between an upper anchorage (16) and a lower anchorage (17). It comprises sheath segments (21) assembled along the path of the structural cable, at least one supporting rope (30) extending along the sheath segments and having an upper end connected to the construction work adjacent to the upper anchorage, and connectors (32) for connecting the sheath segments to the at least one supporting rope. The connectors (32) are configured to block relative upward movement of the supporting rope (30) with respect to the sheath segments (21) and to allow relative downward movement of the supporting rope with respect to the sheath segments.
