AUTONOMOUS BEAM ASSEMBLY SYSTEM FOR STEEL STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a steel structure assembling system. The steel structure assembling system applied to assemble a movable steel beam and a fixed steel structure includes a rotating control device disposed on the movable steel beam for adjusting a relative position of the movable steel beam with respect to the fixed steel structure; an alignment target disposed on the fixed steel structure; and an image sensor disposed on the movable steel beam, sensing a target image of the alignment target and transmitting the target image to a ground operator to render the ground operator to operate the rotating control device to adjust the relative position of the movable steel beam in accordance with the acquired target image.
LIFTING ANCHOR FOR PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURES
A lifting anchor for a precast concrete structure is made from a single strand of metal bar stock. The anchor includes undulations or waves that ensure proper engagement of the anchor in a desired compressed concrete zone and also minimizes interference with the pre-stressed strands in the concrete structure. The anchor can be positioned in different orientations in the structures, depending on functional requirements of particular structures, and can be made from a single strand of bar stock of desired cross-sectional thickness and shape (e.g., round or square). Also, the undulations or waves in the legs of the anchor can extend in one or both directions from a plane defined by the anchor's legs.
LIFTING OF CONCRETE COMPONENTS
A lifting system for a concrete component comprises a void former incorporated into the component during casting and which provides within the component a void which receives a locking pin of a lifting anchor assembly which is locked within the void by rotation of a locking pin. The lifting anchor assembly has a visual indicator to indicate when the pin is in its locked condition within the void, and a pivotal lifting shackle of the assembly is prevented from movement into a position in which lifting can take place until the pin is in its locked condition. Preferably a base of the void former is configured to retain components of a jacking system by which a concrete slab used for road repair can be jacked into a level configuration with the remainder of the roadway when it has been positioned by use of the lifting system.
Oval Cover Member for Pre-Cast Concrete Lift Hook
An oval cover member is formed of high density polyethylene and sized to cover a pocket in which a lift member is secured to a pre-cast concrete structural member. The cover member can be secured to the lift member by a cable tie threaded through the opening of a first protrusion, back through a smaller opening in a second protrusion and pulled to draw the cover member tightly against the concrete structural member. The opposing protrusions form a valley therebetween for the positioning of the lift member. The size of the smaller opening in the second protrusion is too small for the passage of the head of the cable tie, enabling the cover member to be tightly secured to the lift member. A peripheral channel in the cover member can receive a gasket or adhesive that can seal the cover member against the surface of the concrete structural member.
Construction system
A construction system for building a home independently is provided that assists a sole home builder so that a modern home can be built without the use of heavy machinery or reliance on professionals.
Lifting of building units
There is disclosed a lifting attachment for a building unit comprising sheeting and a support structure over which the sheeting is disposed, the attachment being configured such that it can be connected to or integrated into the support structure and comprising a lifting anchor that, when the attachment is so connected or integrated, is engageable by a component for lifting the unit such that a releasable interconnection between the component and the support structure passes through an opening in the sheeting.
Sheetrock lifting device
A sheetrock lifting device including a base with a protrusion centrally disposed on a front side of the base. A plurality of locking caster wheels is disposed on the base and on the protrusion. A pair of stanchions is used to house a battery and a manual wench. A pair of support rods supports the device by connecting the stanchions to the protrusion. A pair of stabilizing beams further supports the stanchions. A pulley device containing a pulley arm, pulley, and pulley cable is disposed on the stabilizing beams. An electric wench is disposed between the stabilizing beams and is in operational communication the battery. The electric wench raises and lowers a telescoping tube to which is attached a drywall frame. A manual wench alternately raises and lowers the telescoping tube with a cable hook connected to a ring on the telescoping tube.
Construction system and method
A system for assembling a plurality of pre-fabricated components to form a structure comprising: a first lifting device for transporting at least one pre-fabricated component from a source to a designated site; a second lifting device for engaging the at least one pre-fabricated component at the designated site; wherein the second lifting device comprises an engagement means to engage a portion of the at least one pre-fabricated component for installation at the designated site, and wherein the engagement means is capable of moving the engaged pre-fabricated component in at least two degrees of motion, is disclosed. In some embodiments, the engagement means comprises a plurality of locks.
LIFTING AN ASSEMBLED WALL MODULE INTO POSITION FOR ATTACHMENT TO A BUILDING STRUCTURE
An apparatus, system, and method for lifting an assembled wall module into position for attachment to a building structure.
MODULAR STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION METHOD
A modular unit for constructing a modular structure is described. The modular unit comprises a structural frame, which includes at least one upper beam, at least one lower beam, and at least one column extending between said upper and lower beams and connected therebetween. At least one of said upper or lower beams is arranged to define at least one chamber for receiving a building material therein along at least a portion of its length, said column being connected to said portion of said beam. Part of said beam is removed along said portion of said beam to define at least one opening to said chamber.
