INDICATOR CAP FOR PIPE PENETRATIONS
This disclosure relates to an indicator cap for a pipe penetration. In one aspect, the indicator cap comprises a cap body, wherein the cap body comprises an engagement portion for engaging the indicator cap with the pipe, and a capping portion connected to the engagement portion for covering an open end of the pipe, and wherein a surface of the capping portion supports a means for aiding location of the indicator cap and thus the pipe, wherein the means for aiding location is adapted so as to not impede screeding thereover, and to indicate the position of the cap and thus the pipe post screeding.
Building debris containment system
A debris containment system includes channel units that are configured to attach to perimeter structural members of the building (e.g., vertical columns and/or horizontal beams) and extend outward from the perimeter of the building. Channel units can be produced in any length or lengths needed for a given application. These channel units are used to lift and support barrier members (e.g., nets, tarps, canvas/fabric, or other barrier members) to create barriers along the perimeter of the building. Importantly, these channel units are generally attached directly or indirectly (e.g., via temporary vertical members) to structures that will remain on the building (e.g., structural columns and beams of the building) as opposed to being used with separate framing structures erected outside of the building perimeter, although in some exemplary embodiments, channel units can be used on structures erected outside of the perimeter of the building.

Partition or barrier system
Disclosed is a T-block attachment with a magnetized bolt for (first) securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the mount and (second) securing the mount to a metallic grid of a paneled sealing.
Enclosure Device for Concrete Column Formwork
An enclosure device for a concrete column formwork uses an envelope comprising a tubular wall portion and a top portion supported on the formwork such that the wall portion extends about a perimeter of the column formwork and extends vertically along a height of the column formwork and such that the top portion encloses a top end of the wall portion. The envelope also has brace openings to receive formwork braces extending therethrough and slots in the envelope communicating between the brace openings and a bottom edge of the wall portion so that the envelope can be lowered downwardly over the column formwork as the braces are inserted upwardly through the slots into the brace openings.
JOINING PART FOR A SYSTEM FOR PARTITIONING AND PROTECTING A PREMISES, PROP AND PARTITIONING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH SUCH A JOINING PART, AND METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF
A joining part for a multipurpose system for partitioning a premise and protecting it, regardless of its configuration, in particular angular, includes a contact pad with a bearing surface comprising a cylinder. Two superposed rings are fitted around the cylinder of the pad and are mounted so as to rotate with respect to one another. Each ring includes a protrusion for fastening a longitudinal element of the partitioning system. The joining part also includes a support base for a telescopic prop. The support base and the contact pad include complementary fastening means configured such that the rings are free to rotate about the cylinder but butt against the pad and the base.
Partition mounting systems, partition assembly kits, double-sided adhesive tape and methods of installation and application
A partition assembly kit, includes a receptacle, a first strap, and a first zipper having a length greater than 50% a height of a standard-sized entry way. The strap and the first zipper are provided within the receptacle.
Roof and wall cover system
A covering of a damaged or uncompleted building; the covering including a film of heat shrinkable material stretched over damaged or uncompleted portions of the building; the film formed as a sheet comprising an assembly of lengths of the heat shrinkable material applied to surfaces of the building.
Heavy equipment hazard warning apparatus and system and method for use of same
A heavy equipment hazard warning apparatus for a piece of heavy equipment at a site and a system and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the heavy equipment hazard warning apparatus, the location of the heavy equipment is monitored by the heavy equipment warning apparatus and analyzed with reference to a hazard safety site plan of the site that identifies a hazard such as existing utilities, for example. An alert notification is initialized in response to the heavy equipment encroaching on a hazard geofence around the hazard. A shutdown notification is initialized in response to the heavy equipment being proximate to the hazard.
