Modular Ledgers of an Integrated Construction System
20180187437 · 2018-07-05 ·

Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular ledger of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular ledger includes a rail, having a first end and a second end. Each end of the rail is configured to receive a coupling component. The rail has a plurality of holes configured to couple to bracing components of the integrated construction system.

MAGNETIC SPACER ASSEMBLY FOR METAL FRAME CONSTRUCTION
20240360686 · 2024-10-31 · ·

Apparatus and method for temporarily supporting metal framing members during construction of a metal frame structure. A spacer tool has a main body portion with an outer tube and a first support plate at one end, and an extendable portion with an inner tube and a second support plate at an opposing end. The inner tube is slidably retractable and extendable within the outer tube to establish an overall separation distance between the first and second support plates via a locking assembly. Each of the first and second support plates includes at least one magnet to enable the support plates to be magnetically secured to each of the adjacent metal framing members during installation thereof. For example, a first metal stud can be secured, and the spacer tool can be used to position and support a second metal stud for installation at the desired spacing from the first stud.

Adjustable Support Prop
20180058083 · 2018-03-01 ·

An adjustable support prop that can be customized to the support requirements of a wide variety of objects to be held in place. The prop includes first, second and third support members which are coupled together in a manner that allows the weight of an object to be supported in order to provide stability to the prop. The length of one of the support members is adjustable so that the height of the prop can be customized to the support requirements of the object to be supported.

TEMPORARY BRACE SYSTEM FOR A STRUCTURE
20250012105 · 2025-01-09 · ·

A temporary brace system includes a temporary brace having a top portion coupleable to a building structure, a bottom portion that contacts the ground, and a middle portion interposed between the top and the bottom portions. The top portion has an adapter capable of receiving numerous attachment brackets so as to be coupleable to any building structure. The middle portion of the temporary brace includes cable struts that may be hingedly coupled to a first and a second support at a first end and may receive support cables. The middle portion may further include hoisting brackets to allow a connection point for hoisting and transporting the temporary brace system. The bottom portion may have a bolt coupler and an adjustment unit. The adjustment unit allows the first and the second support to be extended or shortened via a telescoping bracket.

Mobile support apparatus and method of using same
09840852 · 2017-12-12 ·

A mobile support apparatus that includes one or more extension and refraction devices and a unit that is releasably attachable to vertical members of the apparatus such that the apparatus can be extended in one or more stages to a vertical height that is substantially greater than the height of the fully retracted apparatus. The mobile support apparatus is useful for a multitude of new and existing construction-related applications.

Formwork frame, formwork element, ceiling formwork and method
12221795 · 2025-02-11 · ·

The disclosure relates to a formwork frame for a formwork element of a ceiling formwork, comprising: a first cross-support; a second cross-support; a connecting piece which is longer in comparison to the first and second cross-support, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the first and second cross-support, and which connects the first cross-support to the second cross-support; a first lateral recess on the one longitudinal side of the formwork frame; and a second lateral recess on the other longitudinal side of the formwork frame.

High-capacity beam and modular grid shoring systems
12264486 · 2025-04-01 · ·

A high-capacity beam includes interoperable features conformant with the pretexting modular grid shoring system including conformant interface rails and conformant end caps that removably engage with the conformant interface rails. The truss portion of the high-capacity beam has the same width and a greater height compared to the truss portion of the low-capacity beam. The high-capacity beam may also include a conformant T-slot and beveled end faces on respective opposing sides of the high-capacity truss portion. A nominal 8-foot length of the modular high-capacity beam weighs less than about 50 lbs., while a nominal 6-foot length of the low-capacity beam weighs less than about 40 lbs. A grid shoring assembly utilizing the high-capacity main beams is rated for supporting a nominal 13-inch concrete platform, while a grid shoring assembly utilizing the low-capacity main beams is rated for supporting a nominal 6-inch concrete platform.

Formwork support scaffold structure
