EXPANDABLE EXPEDITIONARY CONTAINER SYSTEM

A containerized expeditionary system that can be expanded from a compact, container sized unit to significantly increase the interior space, thereby allowing for use as a shelter, laundry, office, restroom, etc., or combinations therein. The system has a body with a pair of end walls, a pair of side walls, a floor, and a roof defining an interior space. A set of doors can be opened to allow a series of panels pivotally coupled to the body to be moved from a stowed configuration into a deployed configuration where the panels extend out of body to form an enclosure defining a second interior space that combines with the first interior space. The panels are positioned in the ends of the container to maximize the internal space so that the container can include all of the necessary equipment to provide the desired functionality at a location.

Load distribution and absorption underpayment system

A load distributing and absorbing system that lies below a superstructure material which is exposed to percussive forces. The load distributing and absorbing system is interposed between the superstructure material and a foundation. The system has a barrier layer that lies below the superstructure material and an underlayment infrastructure positioned below the barrier layer. Included in the underlayment infrastructure are hat-shaped absorbing members.

SYSTEM FOR SELF-SUSTAINING MODULAR HOUSING
20220349194 · 2022-11-03 ·

Systems are provided for self-sustaining modular housing. The system presented comprises construction materials which are readily manufactured, flat-packed, stored, shipped, and assembled on-site without skilled labor, to construct the system. The system further presents sustainable features for increasing the health and safety of life when people require modular housing, by presenting modular housing to fit a variety of needs, sizes, arrangements, and levels of durability and strength of construction. The present invention solves problems with the currently available systems of modular housing and housing for temporary disaster relief and other temporary uses.

BUILDING STRUCTURE OVER A SWIMMING POOL OR MAN-MADE LAGOON/BODY OF WATER
20220341115 · 2022-10-27 ·

The purpose of this invention is to provide a building structure over a swimming pool, man-made lagoon, or any other man-made body of water to produce the tropical, exotic resort experience of being surrounded by water in a building. This invention is new because of the use of the invention over a pool or man-made lagoon/body of water, instead of an ocean, lake, or other natural body of water.

BUILDING FRAME

A ridge is directly supported by a ridge supporting post that is erected on a floor plane of a floor right below a gable roof to provide a stable building frame having a pentagon shape in front view and furthermore to realize a beamless space where no lower chord member such as a roof beam extends above the floor right below the gable roof. Also, a tall window extending continuously toward the vicinity of the ridge is provided between the ridge supporting post of a gable end wall and each of gable end side sub-pillars erected on both sides of the ridge supporting post. Thus, a living space gives a feeling of spaciousness and openness in spite of a compact appearance of a building.
