A column bracket assembly is provided. The column bracket assembly comprises a bottom base bracket and a top base bracket, each including a bracket body adapted to receive an end of support element (e.g. a wooden column) and a mounting bracket/plate pivotally coupled to the bracket body and adapted to be coupled to a structural element (e.g. a footing, pile, header, beam etc.). The column bracket assembly optionally includes mounting brackets for installing cross brace brackets and/or tension rods to the bracket bodies. A method of installing the column bracket assembly, and a method of repairing, resettling, shoring, and/or leveling a structure with the column bracket assembly are also provided, along with structures comprising the column bracket assembly.

A composite elevated storage tank for smaller capacities having an improved anchorage connecting the steel tank to the reinforced concrete pedestal. The anchorage includes tank anchor assemblies and an insulator at a top surface of the concrete pedestal, with anchors embedded in the concrete. The steel tank includes a skirt and base plates welded to a bottom cone section of the tank. The skirt, base plates, and tank anchor assemblies enable the steel tank and the reinforced concrete pedestal to be constructed on-site simultaneously.

A tower structure with storing capacity for at least one medium is described. The tower structure comprising at least two substantially vertically oriented support structures for forming the tower structure, wherein at least one of the support structures comprises at least one constructive pressure vessel for forming the support structure. A method for building the tower structure also is disclosed. The pressure vessel based tower structure may have applications e.g. in wind mills and solar thermal towers.

A tower structure with storing capacity for at least one medium is described. The tower structure comprising at least two substantially vertically oriented support structures for forming the tower structure, wherein at least one of the support structures comprises at least one constructive pressure vessel for forming the support structure. A method for building the tower structure also is disclosed. The pressure vessel based tower structure may have applications e.g. in wind mills and solar thermal towers.

Each of the stacked segments is connected to an adjacent segment with one or more spanning plates connected to the adjacent segments. A superstructure is positioned atop of the support structure and operably connected to an uppermost segment of the plurality of segments. A containment tank is positioned atop the superstructure.
