Method of manufacturing a flexible flag rod
A method of manufacturing a flexible rod requires a flexible rod, a first endcap, a second endcap, a first tab, a second tab, and a folded binding. The method preferably includes a sheet. The method begins by terminally fixing both the first endcap and the second endcap onto the flexible rod. The first tab is affixed to the first endcap and a first exposed section of the flexible rod. The second tab is affixed to the second endcap and a second exposed section of the flexible rod. The flexible rod is positioned within the folded binding and along a middle fold-line of the folded binding. The first tab and the second tab are oriented away from the middle fold of the folded binding. A first seam is sewn through the folded binding along the flexible rod. A second seam is sewn through the sheet and the folded binding.
Beach equipment carrier and locating pole
A dual function article carrier is converted into a position marker for use within a crowd after carrying the articles to a desired position. A smaller member slides with an intermediate member that slides with a larger base member. The intermediate member with the smaller member extends from the base member as a carrier. As a position marker the smaller member with a ribbon or pennant on top extends from the intermediate member. Members are slid and held together in a storage condition. Lock pins in holes connect the members. A sleeve is centered in a bucket while it is filled with sand. A lid with a hole is connected to the bucket. The sleeve extends upward. A bottom of the large member is held within the sleeve. Garments and towels are held on arms extended through a member.
Smartflag
A system and method for automatically raising and lowering of at least one flag or pennant comprising at least one flag or pennant, a flagpole, a line and a container. The container has at least two chambers, each chamber has at least one drum. The drum is controlled by at least one motor, a line extending from a first drum via a guide in the top of the flagpole to a second drum.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL LIGHTED OBJECT DISPLAY DEVICE
A three-dimensional display device is provided with at least three elongated support legs. The legs are oriented and peripherally spaced around a central vertical axis forming an open leg cavity between the support legs, allowing for unobstructed passage of light through the cavity. The outer surface of each of the support legs defines a plurality of notches spaced longitudinally along the outer surface of each support leg, and the notches are adapted to receive and to secure against movement relative to the leg a portion of an elongated flexible light emitting tubular member, forming a three-dimensional helical patterned illumination.

ANTI-FURLING FLAG POLE WITH ILLUMINATION
A flagpole with a pair of rotatable, spaced-apart connectors to which the flag is attached, and a light source mounted at the top end of the flagpole to downwardly illuminate a flag attached to the pole

Flagpole finial assembly
A flagpole finial assembly is provided for lighting of a flag suspended from the flagpole. The flagpole finial assembly has cover final half that is supported on a base finial half. The base finial half has a base finial half inner surface and an opposed base finial half outer surface. The base finial half is formed with a LED support wall or a plurality of LED support walls that extend into the base finial half and that define LED recesses. Each LED support wall defines a light opening into which a LED is fitted such the LED extends from the base finial half and is disposed in the LED recess. The LEDs are wired to a power cord that extends through the flagpole and exits the flagpole. The power cord is powered via a power adapter or a solar panel wired to a rechargeable battery pack.
