A method to install a wire fence includes providing horizontal and vertical wires and connecting them to form a wire fence. The method further includes providing a post to form a termination of the wire fence, providing one hole for each horizontal wire in the post, and driving the post into the ground. The method further includes inserting the horizontal wire ends through the holes in the post, attaching wire tensioning devices to some of the horizontal wire ends, and stretching the horizontal wires by the tensioning devices. The method further includes keeping the tensioning devices on the horizontal wire ends. The tensioning devices keep the horizontal wires attached to the pole, and placing a cover plate to the post to cover the tensioning devices and the horizontal wire ends.

The livestock trough and system comprises a perimeter wall, a bottom, an upper rim, one or more fence coupling members, and a slot, the slot being defined by the perimeter wall and adapted to be positioned adjacent to a central support member of a fence. One or more reinforcement members extend radially from a position adjacent to the slot to an inside surface of the perimeter wall. The central support member comprises a vertical elongated tubular element such as a pipe. In certain embodiments, the central support member comprises an H configuration and the slot is further defined by an interior wall such that a lower portion of a vertical post perimeter is coaxially arranged within the slot and a horizontal brace member spans between a first vertical post and a second vertical post.

Cable railing systems are described for commercial and residential settings. Although not limited to these applications, the cable railing systems can be used with solid wood support members or with solid concrete support members without weld plates. Some of the described examples include straight and corner cable termination assemblies that are designed to support a metal cable railing, particularly one that is heavy gauge.

A folding support assembly with stretch mechanism for rapid and efficient installation of a fence system. The stretch mechanism extends upwardly from a brace and slides along the brace. A tensioner mounted between a first post and the stretch mechanism maintains the stretch position of the stretch mechanism relative to an end post. A plurality of markings longitudinally spaced apart on the brace indicate a stretch specification. The brace is pivotally mounted between a first post sleeve and a second post sleeve. The first post sleeve and the second post sleeve fold to a position approximately parallel with the brace in a storage configuration and unfold to a deployed configuration. An angle support pivotally mounted between the first post extending from the first post sleeve and the second post sleeve is extendable by means of a slip joint.

A machine for making a knotted wire fence, including a machine frame, at least one knot box, at least one drive shaft, and a drive shaft driving means, wherein the machine can be switched between a first configuration in which the machine can be used to produce a knotted wire fence incorporating a first knot type, and a second configuration in which the machine can be used to produce a knotted wire fence incorporating a second knot type.

The system includes modular brackets that may be configured in either a single or dual embodiment for attachment to components on multiple sides of the brackets. The bracket may also be configured with a round plate situated atop the body portion, such that the top of the bracket may be attached to components at a variety of angles. The bracket may be configured in large and small embodiments. The system includes an adjustable brace assembly configured to extend between brackets so as to support respective posts. The bracketry provides a means to hang gates from t-posts, create and support field fence corners and mid fence span supports using common t-posts, including fence intersections that are at non-90-degree angles, and other applications.

Some embodiments relate to a fence post stay for supporting a first post in a wire fence having a plurality of wires. The stay may comprise: a first connector and a second connector; and an elongate first member connected to and extending between the first and second connectors. The first connector is engageable with the first post and the second connector is engageable with an adjacent second post, such that a tension force exerted by the plurality of wires on the first post is at least partially directed through the stay to the second post.

Some embodiments relate to a fence post stay for supporting a first post in a wire fence having a plurality of wires. The stay may comprise: a first connector and a second connector; and an elongate first member connected to and extending between the first and second connectors. The first connector is engageable with the first post and the second connector is engageable with an adjacent second post, such that a tension force exerted by the plurality of wires on the first post is at least partially directed through the stay to the second post.

An expandable modular energy-dissipation protection net unit group includes support columns each provided at each of two ends of each support column with a first horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device on the left side, a second horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device on the right side and a transverse rotation reversing device on the bottom; a transverse endless support rope, a longitudinal endless support rope and connectors.
