MACHINE FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF POLES INTO THE GROUND, PARTICULARLY FOR THE REINFORCEMENT OF SAFETY BARRIERS
A machine for the introduction of poles into the ground, particularly for the reinforcement of safety barriers. The machine including one movement assembly for the movement of the machine at the point where one safety barrier to be reinforced is located; one insertion assembly associated movable with the movement assembly and adapted to introduce at least partly into the ground one reinforcement pole at the point where the safety barrier is located; positioning device/component/unit (or the like) associated with the movement assembly and adapted to position the insertion assembly between: one home position, wherein it approaches the movement assembly; one operating position, wherein it is located beyond the safety barrier; and one insertion position, wherein it is tilted by an angle of insertion for the introduction of the reinforcement pole at the point where the safety barrier is located.
Fencing device for installing and/or removing a fence
A fencing device 1 comprises installing means for driving the posts 5 of the fence into the ground. These posts are provided with a pointed lower end 9 so that they can easily be driven into the ground. The net with the posts attached thereto is wound on a reel 11. The installing means gradually guide the posts from the reel to the ground, while the lower ends of the posts are driven into the ground. For guiding the posts, the installing means are formed by a guide consisting of a top guide profile 13, two side guide profiles 15 and a bottom guide profile 17. When a temporary fence is erected, the first post is to be driven into the ground manually and supported with a cable or pole. Subsequently, the fence will be unwound from the reel while the trailer is moved on.
Wire mesh dispenser
A wire mesh dispenser (99) allowing for the transportation, unrolling and deployment of wire mesh (91) is described. This wire mesh dispenser (99) is light weight, low profile, easily reloadable, and capable of being utilized with one arm. The wire mesh dispenser (99) allows an individual to unroll wire mesh (91) from a wire mesh roll (90) in tight, hard to reach spaces such as corners, narrow alleyways, and high reach areas. The wire mesh dispenser (99) is especially suited for the preparation of stucco based structures in construction projects. The wire mesh dispenser (99) comprises of an upper structure (100), a lower structure (200), and a means to fasten shafts (400).
SIDE LOAD PICKET DRIVER
A star picket driver is designed to drive start pickets into the ground. A standard star picket driver is effectively a piece of pipe open one end only. It will usually have 2 handles so the operator can operate the device with both hands by lifting it up and pounding the star picket into the ground with downward force.
The side load picket driver is loaded from the side instead of from the bottom. The side load start picket driver is closed at the top end and open at the bottom end and has a slot down the full-length on one side of the star picket driver so that the star picket can be loaded from the side instead of the open end. There are two handles, welded to each side of the star picket driver for the operator to grip the driver and pound the star picket into the ground.
The operator grips the handles, lifts the star picket driver and then with force drives it downwards causing the closed end of the star picket driver to impact on the end of the star picket which in turn pushes the star picket into the ground.
A standard star picket driver is designed to slip over the top of a start picket, which can be an awkward process as the operator has to hold the picket driver in one hand and the star picket in the other and guide the picket into the bottom of the driver. This maneuver requires the operator to hold either the driver or the picket away from his body to get the picket into the hole in the bottom of the driver.
Usually, the operator will raise the driver with one hand at an angle around shoulder height and then guide the star picket into the bottom of the driver with the other hand. Considering that a star picket is 1800 mm long on average and the picket drivers are 800 mm long, it can be difficult for those who aren't so tall or strong in the arms.
With the side load picket driver, the picket driver is held in one hand, closer to the body, and the star picket is simply layed into the slot on the side of the driver. Once the picket has been layed into the slot, the operator need only twist the picket 180 degrees and it becomes locked into the side load star picket driver due to the specially designed shape of the tube. The side load star picket driver and picket can then be stood in position and the picket can be driven into the ground. The ergonomic design of the side load star picket driver allows anyone to load and use the driver without the strain on the arms and shoulders.
The action of loading the picket into a side load star picket driver is not only easier but it is also quicker due to it being less difficult.
The main problem with the existing star picket drivers is that once the star picket has been dri
Stake and Method for Stake Removal
A system and method for removing stakes from the ground including an apparatus for removing the stakes; means for engaging the removal apparatus with the stakes that utilize interlocking angled surfaces; steps for positioning the removal apparatus on a stake imbedded in a ground; steps for sliding the removal apparatus along the stake in an upward motion; and steps for engaging the removal apparatus with the stake to allow the upward motion of the removal apparatus to remove the stake from the ground.
LANDFILL DEBRIS BARRIER SYSTEM
A landfill debris barrier system includes a plurality of upstanding columns. The columns are arranged in a row in which adjacent ones of the columns define a pair of columns, each pair of columns defining a space therebetween. A plurality of barrier assemblies are included with each barrier assembly being associated with one of the pairs of columns. Each barrier assembly includes a barrier extending between and in the space defined by said associated pair of columns. The barrier is movable between an operative position and a retracted position. In the operative position, the barrier has a first height and a first width that substantially corresponds to a height and a width of the space to substantially fill the space between the associated pair of columns such that opposite front and rear faces of the barrier block the space between the associated pair of columns to obstruct passage through the space defined by the associated pair of columns. In the retracted position, the barrier has a second height that is less than the first height to permit a human operator to reach an upper portion of the barrier to perform maintenance on the upper portion of the barrier.

Fence rail fork
A vinyl fence rail remover for use where the rail is held in the fence post via tabs cut into the rail and rail tabs must be depressed to remove the rail from the hole cut into the fence post. The fence remover has a handle/tube on a first end, a metal “U” shape section, a straight section, and a tapered second, opposing end from the handle/tube. The handle/tube is as long as necessary to reach the bottom rail through the inside of the fence post. The “U” shaped middle piece is ⅛ inch to ¼ inch smaller than the exact size of the fence rail. The open end of straight section extending from the “U” shaped section is tapered or bent outward to allow it to slip over the tabs of a fence rail as the device is driven over the rail inside the fence post.
