A vehicle supported implement for handling separate loads independently, and related methods of use, are presented. The implement is configured to move a load, such as a hay bale, rotating the load radially about an axis, from a first position at a first elevation to a second position at a second elevation. It includes a first frame member and a second frame member pivotally connected to the first frame member at a joint. The axis of rotation intersects the joint normal to the back side of the first frame member and the second frame member rotates radially about the axis of rotation between the first position and the second position. The implement includes an actuator, such as a hydraulic cylinder, connected to the frame members to control the rotation. The implement includes an attachment feature on the back side to secure it to a vehicle.

Interactive systems and methods are provided for designing and constructing fences or other structures supported by posts, including methods which enable users to design custom fence panels and be presented with dynamic visual representations of such custom fence panels.

A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.

A pneumatic post driving apparatus comprises an internal cylinder chamber within which a hammer piston is reciprocated. The hammer piston strikes against an anvil, which in use is abutted against the top of a post to be driven. Kinetic energy from the descending hammer piston is transferred through the anvil into driving energy for the post. An air control system alternately routes pressurized air between the top and bottom ends of the cylinder to move the hammer piston up and down. The air control system includes a spool-type control valve disposed for sliding movement within a control body. The anvil is resiliently suspended at the bottom of the cylinder chamber by an annular retention flange that has a conically tapered under surface. A lower elastomeric pad fits against the tapered under surface of the retention flange in direct surface-to-surface contact.

An apparatus for driving a post into the earth has a frame with an upright member in which the upright member has a slot extending longitudinally on a surface thereof, a receptacle translatably positioned in the slot, a hammer member translatably positioned in the slot of a location above the receptacle, a sheave affixed to the frame in a position above the hammer member, and a line affixed to the hammer member and extending over the sheave. The receptacle has an interior adapted to receive an upper end of the post therein. The line has an end opposite the hammer member adapted to be manually pulled so as to lift the hammer member upwardly and to be released so as to cause the hammer member to contact the receptacle.

A hydraulic tool for the installation of fencing T-posts into the ground without bending the T-post or causing damage or deformity to the top of the T-post, installs to the three point hitch of a tractor with hydraulic connections to the tractor hydraulic system, securing the post along its vertical length prior to insertion into the ground, the tool having an upper stationary bracket holding an upper section of the T-post within a T-post slot and a lower sliding ram bracket securing to a lower section of the post, the lower sliding ram bracket forcing the T-post into the ground by use of a hydraulic ram at a chosen depth.

A fence erecting assembly for anchoring a stretched fence includes a pair of posts that can each be driven into ground. A pair of lower sleeves is each slidable over a respective one of the posts and a pair of tubes is each coupled to a respective one of the lower sleeves. A pair of upper sleeves is each slidable over a respective one of the posts. A pair of support rods is each insertable through a respective one of the tubes such that each of the support rods is oriented to extend diagonally between the posts. A connection point on each of the support rods is attachable to a mounting tab on a respective one of the upper sleeves thereby inhibiting the pair of posts from tipping toward or away from each other. In this way the pair of posts can serve as an anchor point for a stretched fence.

A fence post, fence pole, pole or other vertical member that can be set into soil simply by screwing it in. The invention can use a flat spaces on the post, an eye for a T-bar, a shaft for a powered auger, or any other way of gripping the post to screw it into the ground. The base of the post includes a tapered, threaded portion shaped like a large sheet metal screw.

A fence post, fence pole, pole or other vertical member that can be set into soil simply by screwing it in. The invention can use a flat spaces on the post, an eye for a T-bar, a shaft for a powered auger, or any other way of gripping the post to screw it into the ground. The base of the post includes a tapered, threaded portion shaped like a large sheet metal screw.

A fence post marking assembly for marking fence post locations includes a pair of pipes that is each positionable in an upright orientation on ground. In this way each of the pipes can mark the proposed location of a fence post. A pair of supports is each coupled to a respective one of the pipes. A rod is positionable in each of the supports thereby facilitating the pipes to be spaced a pre-determined distance apart from each other. In this way the rod can precisely space the proposed locations for fence posts apart from each other. A can of spray paint is provided to mark the proposed location of the fence posts.
