An exterior door handle for a vehicle particularly for an activation of an electric lock of the vehicle comprising: a door handle body with a wall, wherein the door handle body is configured such that an activation action is performable by a user at the door handle body in the deformation area, at least one inductive activation means which is arranged in the deformation area, at least one sensor device arranged within the door handle body for inductivity measurements at the activation means,
wherein the door handle body is at least configured elastically deformable in the deformation area and
the sensor device for the detection of the activation action is arranged spaced apart to the activation means such that the deformation of the door handle body is detectable by the inductivity measurement.

The present invention includes a door having a first horizontal frame member with a rear wall, a front wall, and an interior cavity extending between the rear wall and the front wall, the front side having an aperture granting access to the interior cavity and to the rear wall of the first horizontal frame member. The door includes a first brace member secured to form a first side of the bracing assembly. The door includes a first vertical frame member securely engaged to the first horizontal frame member. Therein, the door includes a second brace member secured to the first side of the first vertical frame member and the first horizontal frame member to form a second side of the bracing assembly. The door includes a mounting assembly affixable within the bracing assembly. Whereupon, a pull assembly is affixable to the mounting assembly.

A latching handleset assembly includes a handle, a trigger, and a latch driver. The handle has a handle portion and a top mounting portion that extends from an escutcheon. The top mounting portion has a top surface and a bottom that is at least partially obscured by the handle portion. The trigger includes an exterior end located along the bottom of the top mounting portion and an interior end extending into the escutcheon. The trigger is pivotable about a pivot point positioned within the escutcheon. The latch driver is movable between a neutral position and a latch actuating position in response to actuation of the trigger.

A door handle may be mounted to a door with concealed fasteners. The fasteners do not engage the door itself, but rather engage a top plate that is mounted to the door. The fasteners are inserted into a hidden portion of the door handle and generate an opposing force as they press against a bulging portion of the top plate to produce a force that retains the door handle in place. The force generated also urges the door handle into a bottom plate on an opposing side of the door handle. The bottom plate includes a first and second planar section. The second planar section of the bottom plate is received into a receiving slot of the door handle. As a result, the door handle is retained on the door without any visible fasteners.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an entry assist system for an aircraft doorway. The system includes a securement member configured to be secured into at least one aperture of the doorway, a handle portion pivotally attached to the securement member, and a releasable locking feature for locking the handle portion. A mounting device is used for securing the stationary member to an existing aperture in the doorway and for removing the entry assist system when no longer needed. The securement member forms a stationary portion along an inner edge of the doorway. The handle portion includes a hub configured for rotating about an axle that is coupled to an interface of the securement member. The hub and interface interconnect to form the releasable locking feature for locking the handle in a collapsed position adjacent the securement member or in an extended position protruding outside the doorway.

A decorative door handle comprising a flexible material configured in the shape of a door handle and a malleable stiffener material to maintain the handle in a desired useful looking configuration. In one aspect the flexible material is a magnetic vinyl. In another aspect, a decorative door handle comprising molded resin having at least one magnetic insert in the back surface. In another aspect, a decorative hinge element comprising molded resin having at least one magnetic insert in the back surface.

An apparatus includes a latch bolt covering member that is configured cover a latch bolt to prevent the latch bolt from engaging with a strike plate aperture in a door frame of the door, and a door knob that is attachable to a lower portion of the door for use by a pet.

A handle assembly for an architectural covering is provided. The covering may include a shade member, a movable rail attached to the shade member, and a handle secured to the movable rail. The handle may be secured to the rail in a manner that results in a smooth, relatively uninterrupted appearance.

The handle attachment includes a base portion that can be attached to a portion of a wall surface of a door, a flap portion that applies, as a result of a pulling operation, a pulling force to the door via the base portion, a flap rotation mechanism that rotatably connects the flap portion with respect to the base portion around a rotation axis, and a biasing member that biases the flap portion in a first rotation direction around the rotation axis with respect to the base portion.
