The device includes a radio device and a sensor that determines a first temperature of the smartlock device and a second temperature of a room that is accessible via the door. The radio device is operable to: i) receive parameter signals from the sensor indicating each of the first and second temperatures; ii) transmit data that includes the first and second temperatures to a monitoring system; and iii) receive a command to cause the locking mechanism to unlock the door based on information from the monitoring system. The information includes a determined routing of occupants at the property and is presented on a display of the device.
DOOR LOCK WITH AUTHENTICATION MODULE
A system for a door includes a door lock having a handle assembly and a lock. The lock is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. Anti-unlatched mechanism and a door lock thereof
An anti-unlocked mechanism comprises a transmission gear, a sliding rod, a locking member and a first elastic member. The transmission gear includes an arc surface. An end of the sliding rod contacts the deadbolt of the lock body. The sliding rod is provided with a fixed stopper and a second elastic member. When the deadbolt is retracted, the sliding rod moves with the deadbolt against the elastic force of the second elastic member. When the deadbolt extends, the locking member moves with the sliding rod to block the rotation of the rotating part. The first elastic member comprises first and second protrusions. The second protrusion will not hinder the fixed stopper of the slide rod unless the first protrusion contacts with the circular arc surface, which will block the movement of the locking member to block rotation of the rotating part.

The locking mechanism includes a first side latch driving device mover disposed on the first side of the portal closures, and coupled to the latch driving device for moving the latch driving device to cause the latch to move into and out of engagement with the latch receiver. A signal generator is provided for generating a human detectable signal. A lock actuator is coupled to the controllable lock member for moving the locking mechanism between a first normal position wherein the second side lock driving device is capable of being moved between an unlocked position to permit the latch to be disengaged from the latch receiver and a locked position where the latch is prevented from being disengaged from the latch receiver; and a second emergency position wherein the second side lock driving device is in the locked position, and the signal generator is actuated to generate a human detectable signal. A power source is provided for powering the signal generator when the locking mechanism is in the second emergency position. A switch is coupled between the power source and the signal generator for controlling the flow of current between the power source and the signal generator.
HANDLE CATCH ASSEMBLIES
An exemplary catch assembly is configured for installation into a spindle, and generally includes a holder, a first catch, a second catch, and a bias mechanism. The holder is configured for mounting within the spindle. The first catch is mounted for movement relative to the holder between a first projected position and a first depressed position. The second catch is mounted for movement relative to the holder between a second projected position and a second depressed position. The bias mechanism biases the first catch toward the first projected position and biasing the second catch toward the second projected position.
Sanitizing door handle
Various implementations of the invention are directed toward a sanitizing door handle and/or components of such sanitizing door handle. Some implementations of the invention are directed toward a manual sanitizing door handle while some implementations of the invention are directed toward an auto-sanitizing door handle. According to some implementations of the invention, a sanitizing fluid is dispensed directly onto an exterior surface of the sanitizing door handle in connection with an operation of the door handle to sanitize the door handle. According to some implementations of the invention, a sanitizing fluid is dispensed directly onto a user's hand(s) in connection with an operation of the door handle to sanitize the user's hand(s).
Handle device
Handle device for operating doors, windows and the like, comprising a first element (3), which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, a second element (8, 108, 208, 308), and a coupling device which is designed to selectively allow and prevent relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the first and the second element. The coupling device comprises; a first coupling member (15, 115, 215, 315, 515, 615) being connected to the first element; a second coupling member (8, 150, 208, 350) being connected to constituting the second element and at least one engaging member (19, 119, 219, 319, 519) which is displaceable between an engagement position in which it simultaneously engages the first and the second coupling members to thereby prevent relative rotation between the first and second element and a release position in which it is disengaged from at least one of the first and second coupling members to thereby allow relative rotation between the first and second element. A drive member (21, 121, 221, 321, 421, 521, 621) is arranged axially displaceable, concentrically with said axis of rotation, by means of an electrical motor (6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506) having a rotational output shaft (36, 136, 236, 336, 436, 536, 636). The engaging member and drive member comprise interacting contact surfaces arranged, during axial displacement of the drive member, to displace the engagement member from the release position to the engagement position. The drive member exhibits an interior recess (27, 127, 227, 327, 427, 527). A portion (36, 136, 236, 336, 436a, 536, 636) of the output shaft extends axially through the recess. A helical coil spring (38, 138, 238, 338, 538, 638) is arranged in the recess, concentrically about the output shaft, limitedly axially displaceable relative to the drive member and the output shaft and prevented from free rotation relative to the drive member or the output shaft. The output shaft or the drive member is provided with a radially extending spring engagement member (37, 137, 237, 337, 537, 637) which is arranged to engage the helical coil spring for axial displacement of the drive member relative to the output shaft upon rotation of the output shaft.
