Door lock chassis assembly
An apparatus that at least assists in maintaining a lever or knob of a lock device in a relatively neutral and static position. The apparatus includes a biasing element that can be constructed from a compliant material that may at least assist in reducing impact forces between interfacing surfaces at least when the lever or knob is returns to the neutral, static position from one or more activated positions. The compliant nature of the damper can further alleviate issues relating to manufacturing tolerances and wear between interfacing surfaces.
INTERCHANGEABLE HANDLE LOCKSET
A handle set including a chassis and a handle mounted on the chassis. The handle includes a shank having a load bearing section, a primary actuating section, and a secondary actuating section. The chassis includes a housing, a support spindle, a primary actuator, and a secondary actuator. The support spindle is longitudinally coupled with the load bearing section, and the primary actuator is rotationally coupled with the primary actuating section of the handle. The handle set has a first configuration in which the secondary actuating section is engaged with the secondary actuator, and a second configuration in which the secondary actuating section is disengaged from the secondary actuator.
MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT FOR FASTENING A SHAFT IN A LOCKING DEVICE, AND LOCKING DEVICE COMPRISING SUCH A MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT
The present invention relates to a mounting arrangement for fastening a shaft in a locking device, the mounting arrangement (1) comprising—a shaft (2) for insertion into a handle follower of a locking device; —a locking member (33) for fixating the shaft after insertion to prevent undesired removal from the handle follower, and—a release member (32) for releasing the locking member to enable desired removal of the shaft from the handle follower, wherein the locking member (33) is movable between a locking position for fixating the shaft in the handle follower and a release position, and wherein the release member (32) is operatively connected to the locking member for moving the locking member from the locking position to the release position. The invention also relates to a locking device (10) comprising such a mounting arrangement (1).
Door lock and handle assembly
A door handle assembly that allows for easy removal and switching of handles. Such an arrangement may provide the flexibility to change handle orientation and interchange handles based on a user's circumstances or preferences such as when a door handle is configured as a lever having a curved shape. Further, the door handle may be configured as a door lock having a keypad access control. The face of the keypad accessible from outside the door may include auxiliary battery terminals to provide the user with easy accessibility for providing temporary power to the door lock with an auxiliary battery should the installed batteries housed within the door lock fail to provide sufficient power.

HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR OPENING LEAVES OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR TYPE
A handle assembly, including at least: a first handle including at least one recess and a square spindle configured to be received at least partially within the recess of the first handle, in an initial configuration, the first handle is configured to slide freely along the longitudinal axis of the square spindle over a given distance, the first handle is configured to pass from the initial position to a securing configuration in which the first handle is immobilized in translation and in at least one direction of rotation with respect to the square spindle, by at least one displacement in rotation of the first handle about the longitudinal axis of the square spindle through an angle strictly less than 360°.

Adjustable and configurable door pull and installation method thereof
An adjustable door pull to be installed on a first surface of a door, the adjustable door pull including a grip, and at least one detachable standoff removably coupled to the grip to allow the grip to be attached to the first surface of the door.
Adjustable and configurable door pull and installation method thereof
An adjustable door pull to be installed on a first surface of a door, the adjustable door pull including a grip, and at least one detachable standoff removably coupled to the grip to allow the grip to be attached to the first surface of the door.
Variable spring rate chassis
An apparatus including a chassis assembly having a housing, a spindle rotatably mounted to the housing, a spring collar rotatably mourned to the housing, a first biasing element rotationally urging the spindle toward a spindle home position, and a second biasing element rotationally urging the spring collar toward a spring collar home position. The apparatus may further include a handle mounted on the chassis such that the chassis biases the handle to a handle home position with a return torque. The handle is engaged with the spindle such that the first biasing element contributes to the return torque. In certain embodiments, the handle may further be engaged with the spring collar such that the second biasing element contributes to the return torque.
