VEHICLE HANDLE DEVICE

A vehicle handle device: a resin handle support member having one surface in a vehicle width direction which faces one surface of a metal panel of a vehicle door; a handle rotatably supported by the handle support member and causing a locking device to perform a transition from a latched state to an unlatched state; a metal bolt penetrating through a through-hole and a bolt inserting hole, and having a head portion facing the other surface of the handle support member; a metal nut facing the other surface of the panel and screwed with the bolt; and a metal spacer positioned between the head portion and the other surface of the panel, and whose both end portions come into contact with the head portion and the one surface of the panel.

Vehicle hood retainer

A number of variations may include a product including a retainer for holding a hood in a partially open position and for releasing the hood to permit full opening movement.

Quick install method and apparatus for door locks

The present disclosure is directed to a lock assembly comprising an inner housing positionable on one side of a movable structure such as a door and an outer housing positionable on an opposing side of the structure. A pocket connection region having an aperture formed through a wall of the inner housing is configured to receive a head of a fastener therethrough. After the fastener extends through the aperture, a clamp device may be moved from an open position to a closed position so as to releasably lock the fastener to the pocket connection region of the inner housing. In another form, a retainer is configured to hold the fastener with respect to the inner housing during installation of the lock assembly. In this manner an inner housing may be quickly connected to an outer housing when installing a lock assembly to the structure.

Rafter Angle Square Door Clamp Stand System
20170043454 · 2017-02-16 ·

A rafter angle square door clamp stand system functions like a truss, utilizing tension and compression. A horizontal tension base is suspended off of the ground by rotatable support members, one at each end of the base. The tension base has a T shaped slot that runs the length of the base. Two rafter angle squares, each having a T shaped member, slide into the slot of the base, one from each end of the base, with the vertical edges of the angle squares facing each other. The weight of the door on the tension base causes the base to flex downward, and the rafter squares to compress, holding the door in an upright position. Stop elements prevent the angle squares from moving backwards when the door is compressed and clamped. The system can be converted to support cylindrical objects, by reversing the positions of the angle squares.

TEMPORARY DOOR LATCH DEVICE FOR A PRE-HUNG DOOR AND CASING

A temporary door latch device for a pre-hung door and casing. The door has a door lock cylinder opening and a door latch opening and the casing has a latch bolt opening. The device includes a female portion having a pair of opposed and spaced apart resilient fingers, each of said fingers having a plurality of inwardly extending teeth thereon. The female portion is receivable in the door lock cylinder opening and the door latch opening. The male portion has a pair of opposed and spaced apart fingers, each of the fingers having a plurality of teeth thereon. The male portion is receivable in the latch bolt opening and the door latch opening. The teeth on the female portion engage the teeth on the male portion in one orientation and are disengaged in another orientation.

Rotary locked structure of door lock
12486692 · 2025-12-02 · ·

A rotary locked structure of a door lock includes a tubular driving part and connected to a first knob. The driving part includes a restriction portion. An inner tube is received in the driving part and has a positioning portion located corresponding to the restriction portion to restrict rotational movement of the inner tube in the driving part. A restriction unit is formed axially in the inner periphery of the inner tube. A shaft includes a connection portion that includes a positioning unit located corresponding to the restriction unit to restrict rotational movement of the shaft in the inner tube. The driving part, the inner tube and the shaft are pre-assembled in factories. The inner tube and the shaft are not limited to be engaged in only one direction. The spindle and driving column can be directly connected to the inner tube and the shaft without rotating the inner tube and shaft.
