Door Latch With Opening And Closing Mechanical Advantage
A door latch which provides leverage to the door in both the closing and opening operations of the latch's door handle. The door latch has a door axle attached to an edge of the door and a striker is attached to the cabinet. A latch pivoting component has a base bearing journaled to the door axle and a handle attached to the base bearing for manually rotating the base bearing about the door axle. A cam is attached to the base bearing and is engageable with the striker by rotation of the base bearing. The cam includes a closing cam segment and an opening cam segment. The opening cam segment engages and slides along the striker as the latch pivoting component is rotated in an opening direction of rotation. The closing cam segment engages and slides along the striker as the latch pivoting component is rotated in a closing direction of rotation.
Pull-out device for at least two pull-out furniture parts
A device for blocking the pull-out movement of pull-out furniture parts including, for each of the pull-out furniture parts, a driver, a blocking unit which has a shiftable actuating, and a retraction spring and blocking rods which cooperate with the actuating parts, a respective actuating part that is shifted due to movement of the driver when the pull-out furniture part is pulled out and that displaces a blocking rod in a longitudinal axis direction, the blocking rods being blocked from any further axial displacement by a stop. Each of the blocking units has a pivotable catch arm that swivelable about a stationary pivot axis lying parallel to the longitudinal axes of the blocking rods and is loaded by the refraction spring, the catch arm being pivoted by the driver from an initial position to a final position when the pull-out furniture part is pulled out, thereby shifting the actuating part.
LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY
Hardware for a lift glide door assembly and lift glide window assembly provides ease of opening with an operational opening assist that urges the door or window to an open position on operation of an opening handle. A lock mechanism actuates a lock pin, blocks opening gear mechanisms from operating and extends a security bolt for locking. A guide blade is provided for assisting the door during opening or closing operations.
INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF AUXILIARY LOCKING DEVICE FOR HINGED DOOR
The present invention relates to an installation structure of an auxiliary locking device for a hinged door, and by operating a rotation lever installed on a door frame separately from a generally used security main locking device, the rotating opening side of the hinged door is vertically attached to the door frame in close contact with the door frame at a number of points in the longitudinal direction, and in order to make it easier to fix and maintain such a tight state. More particularly, the present invention is directed to providing new installation structure of the auxiliary locking device of the hinged door capable of preventing the mutual interference of the driving plate and locking piston, even if the longitudinal installation range of the driving plate is overlapped with the operating range of the locking piston constituting the second locking tool.
DOOR HANDLE ARRANGEMENT WITH INTERMEDIATE OPENING POSITION
The present application relates to a handle arrangement for a door, comprising a handle arranged to move rotationally around a rotational axis between an open state and a closed state, a locking means for engaging with a locking element on a door frame, an intermediate link arranged between the handle and the locking means and arranged for transforming the rotational movement of the handle to substantially linear movement of the locking means, and a connection element. The handle is connected to the intermediate link by the connection element, and the intermediate link is arranged to perform a movement following an arcuate path when the handle is moved between the open state and the closed state.
Compression latch with securing device
A compression latch includes a cylindrical housing (1). A locking shaft (2) is rotatably and axially movable in the housing. The locking shaft includes an axial free end (14) that engages a locking element (12). A cylindrical sleeve (3) engages an axial end of the locking shaft opposed of the free end. The sleeve includes an axially tapered annular sleeve slot (19) in which a shaft engagement pin (7) is engaged to cause axial movement of the locking shaft with rotational movement sleeve until the pin engages a slot end. After pin engagement with the slot end, further rotation of the sleeve causes rotation of the locking shaft. A cylindrical securing element (4) is rotatably engaged with and is axially movable relative to the sleeve. The securing element includes a circumferentially extending guiding recess (17) and a transversely extending latching recess (18). A securing element engaging pin (9) is engageable with the latching recess to prevent rotational movement of the securing element and the sleeve until the securing element is moved axially inwardly to disengage the pin and the latching recess.
Device for locking a household appliance door
The present invention relates to a Door-locking device (1) for a household appliance (E), said household appliance (E) being of the type comprising a door provided with a lug (14), said door locking device (1) comprising a containment casing (10), fixable to said household appliance (E), a hook (11), arranged into said containment casing (10), capable of moving from a disengagement position, in which said lug (14) does not contact said hook (11), to an engagement position, in which said lug (14) is engaged with said hook (11) and said hook (11) is free to move along the movement direction of said lug (14), an abutment element (15) fixed on said containment casing (10), and elastic means (13), interposed between said hook (11) and said abutment element (15), wherein when said hook (11) is in said disengagement position, said elastic means (13) are compressed, and when said hook (11) is in said engagement position, said elastic means (13) expand, so that said hook (11) moves.
SLIDE-AND-SWING WING SYSTEM
A slide-and-swing wing system includes at least one rail profile. At least two wings, each displaceably mounted in the at least one rail profile via two support elements The at least one rail profile has a lateral outlet opening for unlatching a support element of a wing. One wing functions as a door leaf which, with all other wings in the latched state, is pivotable into the remaining opening. A closure mechanism makes it possible to prevent the door leaf from being opened and includes a drive, and also an operating part, via which the drive can be actuated. The door leaf is displaceable, via the drive, in the rail profile in the direction of the adjacent wing to such an extent that no support element of the door leaf is aligned with the outlet opening, thereby preventing a support element from coming out through the lateral outlet opening.
CASEMENT LOCK FOR LOCKING A DOOR
A casement lock for locking a door, the casement lock having a casement lock housing, an actuation element rotatably mounted on the casement lock housing,. and a locking element which is coupled with the actuation element and can be translationally moved in a first angular range of the actuation element and rotationally moved in a second angular range of the actuation element, the actuation element being axially secured by securing means in the first angular range and being axially released by the securing means in the second angular range.
