An intelligent unlocking device comprises a rear shell, a front shell, a motor assembly, a hollow rotating shaft, an adapting piece connected with a lock cylinder and the hollow rotating shaft, a manual rotating shaft, an inner bearing and a bearing support which are disposed around the manual rotating shaft, and an outer bearing. The bearing support and the outer bearing are disposed around an end of the manual rotating shaft. The intelligent unlocking device is silent and free of noises in use, and convenient to assemble and disassemble, intelligent unlocking can be achieved without replacement of a whole door lock, and costs are reduced for users.

Structuring for cushioning deadbolt and/or latch at door frame

A deadbolt cushioning system includes: a deadbolt cushioning structure attached to a door frame so that when a door with a fully extended deadbolt closes from a wide open position toward a closed position the extended deadbolt impacts the deadbolt cushioning structure. The deadbolt cushioning structure for preventing the extended deadbolt from impacting the door frame and for preventing the extended deadbolt from impacting a strike plate attached to the door frame. The deadbolt cushioning structure may include at least first and second telescoping housings with a biasing structure (e.g., foam and/or spring) provided therebetween. When the deadbolt impacts the deadbolt cushioning structure the biasing structure compresses and the second housing slides relative to the first structure and moves toward the face of the door frame to which the first housing is affixed.

QUIET TRIM ASSEMBLY

An exemplary trim assembly includes a mounting bracket and a lever pivotably mounted to the mounting bracket. The lever is pivotable between an actuated position and a deactuated position, and is biased toward the deactuated position. A bumper is mounted to the mounting bracket and engages the lever when the lever is in the deactuated position.

Safety gate latch

Two part sleeves that fasten about existing arms of U-shaped gate latches, and bonded or slide on sleeve and cover devices, and replacement gate latches and methods for preventing injury with oar, fork and U-shaped gate latches that are pivotally attached to fixed support post next to an opening in a fence. The sleeves and covers and replacement oar, fork and U-shaped gate latches have enlarged blunt tips that can include bulbous, dome and ball shapes that prevent injury from children or adults that come into contact with the gate latches.

Latchbolt damping module

An exemplary damper module is configured for use with a latchbolt assembly, and generally includes a mounting bracket, a first slowing mechanism, and a second slowing mechanism. The latchbolt assembly generally includes a drive member, a latchbolt, and a retractor connected between the drive member and the latchbolt. Each of the slowing mechanisms is independently operable to slow the extension speed of the latchbolt. The first slowing mechanism includes a rack gear and a rotary damper including a pinion gear. The rack gear is configured to be mounted to the drive member, and the rotary damper is mounted to the mounting bracket. The second slowing mechanism includes a slowing arm and a biasing member engaged with the slowing arm. The slowing arm is movably mounted to the mounting bracket and is configured to engage the retractor.

CUSHIONED CARABINER CLIP

The present invention relates to an improved carabiner system, including an impact-dampening cushion around the external surface of the frame for cushioning damage during a fall or collision and to reduce sound from loose or swinging carabiner collisions. Additional surface routing and through holes provide improved register between the carabiner frame and the over-molded cushion layer.

Noise-reducing strike box

An exemplary strike box is configured for use with a lockset including a bolt operable to move in an extending direction and a retracting direction. The strike box includes a housing having an opening sized and configured to receive the bolt, and further includes a bolt-slowing mechanism mounted in the housing. The bolt-slowing mechanism is configured to engage the bolt as the bolt moves in the extending direction, and to exert a force urging the bolt in the retracting direction. The force exerted by the bolt-slowing mechanism slows the extension speed of the bolt, such that the strike box reduces noise generated during such extension.

MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR LOCK

A motor vehicle door lock which is equipped with a locking mechanism substantially comprising a catch and pawl. Furthermore, a locking pin is provided for interaction with the locking mechanism. Furthermore, there is a damping element for a locking mechanism component and/or the locking pin. Finally, the configuration includes at least one spring which is assigned to the locking mechanism. According to the invention, the spring at least partially abuts the damping element.

QUIET LATCH FOR A LOCKING DEVICE

A locking device for a door located at a door frame having a door strike. The locking device includes an actuator having a neutral position and a displaced position, and a latchbolt assembly having an extended position configured to engage the door strike, and a retracted position configured to move past the door strike. The latchbolt assembly includes a latchbolt link configured to move the latchbolt in response to movement of the actuator. A first dampening device is disposed adjacent to the latchbolt link, with the dampening device resiliently engaging the latchbolt link as the latchbolt link moves from the retracted position to the extended position. The first dampening device limits movement of the latchbolt link. A second dampening device is configured to restrain movement of the latchbolt during movement from the retracted position to the extended position.
