Lock
A lock for locking a door, the lock comprises a pin moveable between a retracted position and an extended position for locking the door and an actuator movable from a first position to a second position to move the pin from the retracted position to the extended position. Furthermore, the lock comprises a mechanism comprising a spring for biasing the pin to the retracted position and a latch. When in the latched position the latch prevents the pin from moving from the extended position to the retracted position, and when in an unlatched position the latch allows the pin to move from the extended position to the retracted position. The mechanism is adapted to disengage the actuator from the pin when the pin is in the extended position.
Closure latch assembly with latch mechanism having roller pawl assembly
A closure latch assembly having a latch mechanism is provided. The latch mechanism includes a ratchet and a pawl assembly pivotally supported for movement between a ratchet holding position whereat the pawl assembly is positioned to hold the ratchet in its striker capture position and a ratchet releasing position whereat the pawl assembly is located to permit movement of the ratchet to its striker release position. The pawl assembly has a carrier and a pawl configured for rotation relative to one another about a pawl pin and a roller carried by the carrier. The roller is disposed between the pawl and the ratchet for selective rolling movement therebetween. The roller is disposed into abutment with a closing surface of the ratchet while the pawl assembly is in the ratchet holding position and is spaced from closing surface while the pawl assembly is in the ratchet releasing position.
Anti-theft structure composed of lock core and key
An anti-theft structure composed of a lock core composed of a lock core seat, a lock core shell, a push plate provided in a slide groove of the lock core shell, lock plates and washers alternately superimposedly provided in the lock core shell, a limiting plate and a positioning plate disposed on the lock core shell and placed in the lock core seat together with the shell, a latch lever, a brake bolt plate provided in an accommodating groove of the lock core seat, a compression spring provided in a groove of the lock core seat and pushing against the brake bolt plate, a positioning baffle provided in an accommodating chamber of the lock core seat and located at a bottom of the lock core shell, and a retaining ring embedded in a ring groove of the lock core seat; and a key provided with a ring groove.
Anti-tilting transmission mechanism for doors and windows
An anti-tilting transmission mechanism for doors and windows includes a first fixed plate, a second fixed plate, a transmission gear located between the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate, and a transmission rack, wherein: two guide though-holes are respectively provided on two ends of the second fixed plate; two threaded columns, which are capable of moving back and forth, are respectively located within the guide though-holes; two limit ribs are respectively located at an outer edge of a rear end of the threaded columns; two compression springs are respectively located between the first fixed plate and the threaded columns; each of the threaded columns has a threaded hole axially provided thereon, so that after passing through a door and window profile, screws are respectively tightened with the threaded holes on the threaded columns, so as to fix the transmission mechanism onto the door and window profile.
Door latch assembly for a work machine
A door latch assembly is positionable between an unlatched position, an intermediate position, and a latched position. The door latch assembly includes a housing, a drive mechanism disposed within the housing, a rotor pivotally coupled to the housing and disposed therein, and a catch assembly pivotally coupled to the housing and disposed therein. The rotor has an outer surface which forms at least two notches. A bearing is rotatably coupled to the catch assembly. In the unlatched position, the bearing is located in contact with the outer surface but not within either of the at least two notches. In the intermediate position, the bearing is located in a first notch and in the latched position the bearing is located in a second notch.
DOOR LATCH LOCKING MECHANISM
The present disclosure describes locking mechanisms comprising a locking component and a latching component. The locking component is within or otherwise connected to a first structure, such as a sliding door, and the latching component is within or connected to a second structure, such as a door jam. The latching component comprises a latch structure comprising features that can accept a portion of the locking component to lock the first structure to the second structure. In some embodiments, the latching component comprises a recess within the latching component. In some embodiments, the locking component comprises a rotating engagement structure configured to engage the latching component.
Anti-friction latchbolt
A latchbolt assembly includes a solid latchbolt having at least a first surface, a second surface and a third surface and an anti-friction bolt pivotally coupled to the solid latchbolt. The anti-friction bolt includes a cross member disposed adjacent the first surface of the solid latchbolt and a pair of plates depending from the cross member to form a U-shaped cross section. The plates are disposed adjacent the second and third surfaces of the solid latchbolt.
Door handle assembly for a motor vehicle with handle guidance
The invention relates to a door handle having a handle for a motor vehicle, which handle is arranged in a handle housing and which is displaceable from a rest position into an operating position by means of a rotation around a rotation axis, wherein a handle hook arranged on the free end of the rear side of the handle is kinematically coupled with a deflection lever, wherein the deflection lever directly or indirectly acts on a motor vehicle door lock when being displaced from the rest position into the operating position in order to effect a release of the lock and to enable opening the motor vehicle door, the handle hook comprising at least one guidance element by means of which the handle hook is guided in a corresponding profile of the handle housing, the guidance element performing a form-fit with the handle hook.
Latch assembly
A latch assembly having: a chassis; a latch bolt, movably mounted to the chassis for movement between a closed position for retaining a striker in the latch assembly and an open position for releasing the striker from the latch assembly; a pawl rotatably mounted to the latch assembly via a pawl pivot pin for rotation between an engaged position wherein the pawl retains the latch bolt in the closed position and a disengaged position wherein the pawl is disengaged from the latch bolt such that the latch can move to the open position; and wherein the pawl rotates about a surface of the pawl pivot pin comprising a first arcuate portion and a second arcuate portion, wherein a radius of the first arcuate portion is smaller than a radius of the second arcuate portion.
Door lock
The invention relates to a door lock having an oblique bolt. In the invention, stress of the parts of the oblique bolt susceptible to wear is reduced, wherein they remain functional longer. The oblique bolt consists of slanted surfaces on both sides such that the tip part is narrower at its tip than in the back part of the tip part. The tip part has recesses in its lower part and upper part, which extend from the tip to the back part. Both recesses are open at the end of the tip of the tip part and on the other slanted surface such that the recess of the upper part is open on the opposite slanted surface than the recess of the lower part. Both recesses have a turning piece.
