Method and assembly aid tool for assembling a sliding door fitting
A method for assembling a sliding door fitting used for coupling an appliance door to a furniture door, which is coupled to a furniture body. The appliance is installed into the furniture body and an assembly aid tool is fixed to the device door. The appliance and furniture doors are closed so that markings are introduced onto an inner surface of the furniture door by pins of the assembly aid tool. The furniture door is opened and the assembly aid tool is released and removed. A base housing of the sliding door fitting is positioned using the markings. The base housing is secured to the furniture door and a slider of the sliding door fitting is fixed to the device door. The assembly aid tool has an angular shape with a first limb and a second limb. The first limb has at least one pin for introducing at least one marking onto the furniture door, and the second limb has a securing opening for fixing the assembly aid tool onto an end face of the device door.

Door lockset jig
A cutting guide apparatus for guiding placement of bore holes in a door may include a first leg configured to be disposed along a first face of the door, a second leg configured to be disposed along a second face of the door opposite the first face, and a spacing element disposed between the first and second legs. At least one of the first leg or the second leg may include a handle hole guide structure and the spacing element may include an edge bore guide structure. A first portion of the handle hole guide structure that is proximate to the first or second face of the door may be undercut relative to a second portion of the handle hole guide structure that is opposite the first portion.
TOOL AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A DOOR STRIKER PIN IN A VEHICLE
A tool for installing a door striker pin. The tool includes a latch portion, a pin positioning portion, and a cover. The latch portion includes a striker pin configured to engage with a latch of a door and an abutment surface configured to engage with a frame member of a cab. The pin positioning portion is coupled to the latch portion. The pin positioning portion defines a striker pin slot extending substantially parallel with the striker pin. The striker pin slot is positioned to align with a striker pin interface for the door. The cover is slidably coupled to the pin positioning portion such that the cover is slidably translatable between a first position where the cover extends across the striker pin slot and a second position where the cover does not extend across the striker pin slot.
Door knob handling apparatus and methods of using same
A door knob handling apparatus for installing a door knob to a door, comprising: a clamping section configured to attach the apparatus to the door, wherein the clamping section includes a handle side and a gripping side; and, a holding section, including a yoke, configured to hold the door knob while the door knob is installed and attached to the clamping section.

MORTISE LOCK WITH MULTI-POINT LATCH SYSTEM
An adapter and interface permits a standard mortise lock to drive top and bottom latch mechanisms of a multi-point lock system. An actuator permits in situ adjustment of the top and bottom vertical latch projections of adjusting these projections while the door is hung in the door frame. An installation tool assists in the installation of the vertical rods in a door. A connector and carrier secures the vertical rods to the actuator and permits verification of retention of the rods in a multi-point latching system. A latch dogging indicator allows for end-user adjustment between a single-point lock and a multi-point lock system when desired. These different aspects may be employed in combination or separately with other locking systems.
