Disarming surveillance systems for authorized persons
Deactivating one or more components of a surveillance system in response to authenticating an authorized person is disclosed and described. A method includes receiving an indication that an authorized user has unlocked an onsite device associated with a property. The method includes, in response to receiving the indication, deactivating one or components of a surveillance system installed at the property and storing a log comprising an identity of the authorized user and a timestamp when the authorized user accessed the property.
Linked locking module
A locking module (40) for selectively coupling a first component and a second component of a lockable device (20) includes a locking member (42) rotatable between an unlocked position and a locked position and an engagement member (50) associated with said locking member (42). Translation of said engagement member (50) drives movement of said locking member (42) between said locked position and said unlocked position to selectively decouple said first component from the second component.
Lead screw latch
A lead screw latch mechanism is provided and includes a gate check rotatable to assume locked and unlocked positions, a housing defining lock and unlock grooves and a key container. The key container includes a boss and is biased away from the gate check and selectively movable toward the gate check through the housing with the gate check assuming the locked position whereby the boss, having been received in the lock groove, is prevented from exiting the lock groove and the unlocked position whereby the boss, having been received in the lock groove, is permitted to exit the lock groove. The lead screw latch mechanism further includes an elastic assembly which, with the boss exited from the lock groove, drives key container rotation toward a rotational position at which the boss is aligned with the unlock groove.
DISARMING SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS FOR AUTHORIZED PERSONS
Deactivating one or more components of a surveillance system in response to authenticating an authorized person is disclosed and described. A method includes authenticating a user as an authorized person with permission to enter a property and, in response to authenticating the user, causing a compartment of a lockbox to open. The method includes providing a notification to a surveillance system indicating the user has been authenticated and accessed the compartment of the lockbox.
Smart lock box
A smart lock box system is described. One implementation of the lock box system includes a locking mechanism configured to securely hold a cover over a compartment. The lock box system includes a receiver capable of receiving signals from a user device. The lock box system also includes a processor configured to identify an access message in a received signal, a service to verify that the access message was provided by an authorized party, and cause the locking mechanism to be released in response to verifying that the access message was provided by the authorized party. The open/close events are recorded in a distributed ledger to document which user's device was used to access a given property at a given time. Furthermore, the smart lock box system utilizes a push notification service, based on user device's GPS, to inform owners when to depart/return to the property.
DETECTION OF UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OF LOCKED CONTAINER
Detecting unauthorized access of a locked key container having a key for a vehicle or a premises. An indication is received at a sensor coupled to the key that the key container is being tampered with. A notification is sent in response to receiving the indication that the key container is being tampered with.
Temporal lock system
A temporal lock system adapted to controllably dispense a key for unlocking a lock and upon a request from a mobile device. The temporal lock system includes a timer, a lock assembly, and a mobile device application. The lock assembly is adapted to dispense the key and initiate the timer upon dispensing of the key. The mobile device application is configured to output a retrieve key signal to the lock assembly for dispensing of the key.
Safe
A transportable safe configured to be secured to a solid object and withstand attempts to remove content from the safe or the safe by an unauthorized entity. The transportable safe comprises a safe body, a fastener attached to the safe body and at least one connector configured to connect between the fastener and the solid object. The connector is configured to be concealed at least when the safe is secured.
Electronic key storage case
The present invention discloses an electronic key storage case, comprising a housing, a cavity defined in the housing and configured for storage, a front panel configured for password input and disposed on the front of the housing, a locking mechanism and a control circuit disposed on an inner side of the front panel, characterized in that, the locking mechanism is an electronic lock, and comprises a driving circuit, a lock tongue, and a mounting assembly connected with the lock tongue, the driving circuit is configured to receive unlocking information from the control circuit and control an action on the lock tongue, the mounting assembly comprises a lock bracket, a rotating shaft located on the lock bracket, and a locking hook spring disposed on the rotating shaft, a locking hook groove is provided on the lock tongue, and the lock tongue is matched with the locking hook spring through the driving circuit, to obtain a degree of freedom of rotating forward or reverse rotation with the rotating shaft as a central axis to form two states of the locking hook groove engaged with or separated from the locking pin. In the present invention, the key case is opened automatically in an electronic lock manner, thereby being easier to use, providing a securer lock structure, and avoiding undesirably opening.
Electronic lockbox
An electronic lockbox uses a rotary actuator with multiple positions to achieve multiple locking states. Multiple positions of the actuator are detected, using optical sensors. The locking mechanism includes an outer sleeve and an inner cylindrical barrel that are coupled with torsion springs. The lockbox has a shackle and a key bin that are retained by the inner barrel when in the locked state, and the barrel can be rotated to either release the shackle or to release the key bin that typically holds a building's key.
