An electronic apparatus including a memory configured to store waveform information of a signal received from a user's body, a transceiver configured to receive a signal from an external apparatus using the user's body as a communication medium, and at least one processor configured to confirm whether or not a waveform of the received signal corresponds to the stored waveform information, and perform a predetermined function depending on a confirmation result.

An electronic sensor and key operated lock is disclosed which provides users with the option to use at least one of a manually operated mechanism or for example a biometric sensor to unlock the lock. The lock integrates both the manually operated mechanism and a biometric sensor into one device. The manually operated mechanism and a biometric sensor are coupled to a common toggle switch so that operation of at least one of the manually operated mechanism and the biometric sensor moves the toggle switch and a shackle from locked and unlocked positions.

A fingerprint padlock comprises a lock case, a lock rope, a locking unit, a lock detecting unit, and a fingerprint unit. The locking unit, a lock detecting unit, and a fingerprint unit are enclosed in the lock case. A lock hole is provided in the lock case. The lock rope comprises a fixed end that is fixed in the lock case and a movable end configured to be inserted into the lock hole. The locking unit is configured to lock and unlock the movable end, and the lock detecting unit is configured to detect whether the movable end is inserted into the lock hole. The fingerprint unit is configured to detect whether the fingerprint of a user is matched and send an unlocking instruction to the locking unit when the fingerprint of the user is matched. The fingerprint padlock is convenient to carry and use.

A padlock comprises a bolt unit having a stopper, a brake unit being moveable up-and-down, and a drive unit for driving the movement of the brake unit. The drive unit includes a drive motor and a driving cap fixedly sleeved on a drive lever. The driving cap includes a lug boss. The brake unit includes a first spring fixedly connected to a tumbler. The spacing of the coils of the first spring matches the lug boss such that the lug boss can move inside or outside of a threaded gap thereof. After the padlock is locked or unlocked, even if the drive lever continues to rotate, the lug boss just moves out of the first spring and may not drive the first spring to move up or down. Thus, the tumbler stops moving up or down and will not generate a pressure on the internal structure of the padlock.

A lockable receptacle, including a housing having five walls and an opening, a first door disposed on the housing to close the opening of the housing, a locking mechanism to lock the first door, and a camera connected to the locking mechanism to unlock the locking mechanism in response to an authorized user being recognized by the camera.

A padlock system includes the padlock device; and a processor-readable medium embodying a computer program for provisioning an external device to conduct authorized communications with the padlock device, the computer program including program code for presenting a user interface on the external device for enabling the authorized manager to conduct managing of fingerprint records for the padlock device; and program code for accessing the management interface of the padlock device in accordance with the managing.

To unlock the biometric recognition lock, the key transmits the password it stored to the biometric recognition lock, and the biometric recognition lock will be unlocked responsive to matching of the password it received to the password stored in the biometric recognition lock.
