Tamper-proof electronic bolt-seal
A tamper-proof bolt-seal incorporating a unique identification tamper detection sensor that cannot be restored or duplicated after the bolt. The sensor employs a resistive sensor wire embedded in the bolt. The resistive sensor wire has a randomized length to enable a unique resistive value for that sensor. The resistive value of the sensor is combined with an electronic identification code to create the unique seal identification for the tamper detection sensor, therefore giving the bolt a seal identification that is unique and that cannot be restored or duplicated.
SKI LOCKING DEVICE
A ski locking device and method for securing a pair of snow skis equipped with snow brakes are provided. The ski locking device comprises a housing having a rear portion, and a lockable closure member connected to the housing. The housing and the lockable closure member are configured such that, when the ski locking device is in a closed position locking a pair of skis, with a slide surface of the first ski facing a slide surface of the second ski, the rear portion of the housing faces a first edge of the first ski and a second edge of the second ski. The lockable closure member encloses the snow brakes at a crossing point of the snow brakes.
Anti-theft monitoring equipment and method, and anti-theft system for two-wheeler or tricycle
An anti-theft monitoring equipment and an anti-theft monitoring method thereof, and an anti-theft system for a two-wheeler or a tricycle are disclosed. The anti-theft monitoring equipment comprises: a CPU module for controlling an action of each module; a clock module for providing time information to the CPU module; a positioning module for providing positioning information to the CPU module; a vibration sensor module for providing a vibration detection signal to the CPU module when detecting a vibration; a lock control module for monitoring and reporting locking state information to the CPU module, and controlling a lock to be unlocked according to an instruction from the CPU module; a memory for storing the time information and the positioning information; a signal receiving/sending module which may be connected to a wireless network to receive information from external equipment and to provide the information to the CPU module, and sends the time information and the positioning information to the external equipment under the control of the CPU module; and a power supply module for supplying power to each module.
Smart security device and system
A smart security device comprising: a housing, electronics in the housing, the electronics comprising a tag configured to be uniquely associated with the smart security device and automatically and periodically emitting a Bluetooth signal; a cable having a free end and a secured end secured to the housing in electrical connection with the electronics; and a lock assembly in the housing, the lock assembly comprising a body comprising a cable passage for passing the free end of the cable therethrough and for immobilizing the cable therein, a lever having a free end and a pivoting end pivotably connected to the body and having a resilient plate configured to exert a force on a cable immobilizer against the cable when the lever is brought into contact with the body while the cable is in the cable passage, and a fastener to secure the lever to the body.
METHODS, APPARATUS AND SYSTEMS FOR ACCEPTING, RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PARCELS AND DELIVERIES
This invention involves a novel method, device, system and apparatus to receive return or exchange goods and services at one's doorstep securely. The invention involves a novel security apparatus and a parcel receptacle. The security apparatus is connectable to any fixture, including to one or more parcel receptacles. The parcel receptacles can be of many types. The parcel receptacles can be secured via a physical cable and a security apparatus, or secured via connectivity to the wireless network of a parcel recipient. The parcel receptacles can also be secured via a novel GPS module, accelerometer and other technological devices inside parcel receptacle. The locking mechanism in the security apparatus and/or on the parcel receptacle can be of technological in nature using the latest advancements in wireless technology, or alternatively, involve simple physical lock and key mechanisms. The apparatus allows access to parcels to authenticated users only, and involve many safety features including an audible alarm and other tamper-proof mechanisms to ensure safety of parcels.
LOCKING DEVICE WITH TRACKING FUNCTIONALITY
Disclosed herein are locking devices having tracking functionality. In some embodiments, the locking devices may include a connector arm configured to engage with and secure an object to the locking device, and a housing. The housing may include a locking module comprising a locking mechanism configured to releasably secure and engage the connector arm with the locking device, and a plurality of unlocking mechanisms configured to release and disengage the connector arm from the locking device. The housing may also include a tracking module configured to determine the location of the locking device, a search alert module configured to provide a search alert notification to a user of the locking device responsive to the use of at least one of the plurality of unlocking mechanisms, a distress module configured to provide a distress notification to a designated contact of the user of the locking device, a tamper module configured to determine unauthorized access to at least one of the connector arm and the housing, and a communications module configured to receive and transmit signals for operating one or more of the locking module, the tracking module, search alert module, distress module, and tamper module.
Tamper evident cargo container seal bolt lock
Systems and methods for a tamper-evident cargo container seal bolt lock are disclosed herein. The device can include a receiving member, a conductive bolt member adapted to be snap-locked into the receiving member, and a plastic encapsulant which tethers the bolt member to the receiving member. The encapsulant can contain an electrically conductive medium, such as a wire, which runs from the receiving member to the second end of the bolt. A sensory circuit disposed within the receiving member can be configured to sense whether the circuit has been interrupted (e.g., if the bolt has been cut). In the event of an interruption, the circuit can record the present time and/or date in memory. An RFID transponder disposed within the encapsulant or the receiving member can then transmit the recorded date/time to an RFID interrogator if a dispute subsequently arises as to when the lock had been broken.
DEVICE FOR MONITORING AND SECURING MOBILE ASSETS
An improved monitoring and securing device is provided. Example embodiments provide a monitoring and securing device that includes a fastening system with an elongation and compression mechanism that allows it to be adapted to different topographies of the surface to which they are fastened and are designed to secure two irregular elements to form a connection. Thus, the improved monitoring and securing device can be simultaneously fastened to, for example, one right door and one left door that close to form a connection that is uneven in depth, while monitoring related events such as installation and removal of the monitoring and securing device, opening and closing of the movable entity's locking mechanism and doors, and other events.
