SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING DOOR OPENING EVENTS
Disclosed is one or more monitoring systems and methods for monitoring opening events for a door of an enclosure. Disclosed is a sensor device configured to be specifically calibrated to sense when the door is at a predetermined open position relative to the enclosure, the sensor device providing sensor output and a telemetry output system configured to transmit the sensor output. Also disclosed is sensor device that may include an arm wherein when the door opens, wherein the arm slides against the door resulting in a switch event when the door is opened to the predetermined open position relative to the enclosure, the switch event resulting in sensor output. The present disclosure further relates to making predictions of the number of units within an enclosure based upon data gathered by one or more suitable sensors.
Intelligent door lock system with manual operation and push notification
An intelligent door lock system is provided with a push notification. A sensor is configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock. The position sensing device senses position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock. An engine with a memory is coupled to the positioning sensing device. The engine and an energy source are coupled to the circuit. A push notification is provided to a dwelling user when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is manually opened.

SMART LOCK SYSTEM WITH INTERIOR FACING DISPLAY SCREEN
A door lock system includes a controller including a processor and a memory. the controller is configured to interface with a smart lock. The door lock system also includes an exterior face plate on a first side of a door and an interior face plate on a second side of the door. The second side of the door faces an interior of a room while the door is in a closed position. The door lock system also includes a display screen disposed in the interior face plate. The display screen is connected to the controller and is an input device and an output device.
UNIVERSAL DOOR LOCK INDICATING DEVICES, KITS, AND METHODS
Universal door lock indicating devices, kits, and methods are described. The kits and devices can include a flexible material designed to fit over a deadbolt lock turnpiece, a sensor designed to detect whether the deadbolt lock turnpiece is in a horizontal or vertical position, and a wireless transmitter which can be operatively connected to receive output from the sensor. The methods can include receiving a wireless transmission from a device of the disclosure, and outputting the locked or unlocked status of a deadbolt based upon information in the wireless transmission. The methods can also include fitting a device of the disclosure over a deadbolt lock turnpiece, turning the deadbolt lock turnpiece to lock or unlock a deadbolt operably linked to the deadbolt lock turnpiece, and generating a wireless transmission from the wireless transmitter.
