INTELLIGENT DOOR LOCK SYSTEM WITH THIRD PARTY SECURED ACCESS TO A DWELLING
A system allows dwelling access to third parties. An intelligent door lock system at the dwelling includes a device configured to he coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device, with the device sensing movement of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device. The intelligent door lock system is configured to be in communication with a server. An occupant/or owner, or end-dwelling user of the dwelling communicates with the server to grant a third party secured access to a dwelling, which can be programmatic.
ELECTRONIC LOCK WITH MOVABLE IN-LINE LOCKING LUG
A lock assembly is disclosed to lock a moveable structure to a fixed structure. The lock assembly includes an electric actuator operable to move a locking lug between first and second axial positions to correspond with a locked and unlocked configuration of the lock assembly. A resilient member can couple the locking lug to the electric actuator and drive the locking lug between the first and second positions.
ELECTRONIC LOCK ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF INSTALLING THE SAME
An electronic lock assembly includes a latch assembly with a bolt along a first axis and a drive shaft extending along a second axis. The drive shaft selectively rotatable around the second axis to drive the movement of the bolt. A first assembly includes a wiring harness having a first connector extending therefrom. A second assembly is coupled to the drive shaft and includes a second connector configured to receive the first connector. The second assembly includes a housing having a surface configured to face a door when the housing is mounted to the door and a recess is defined within the surface. A connector holder clip is pivotably supporting the second connector and disposed at least partially within the recess. The second connector being movable between at least a first position whereby the second connector is parallel to the second axis and a different second position.
Door lock
The disclosure discloses a door lock including a locking mechanism, a power interface, a main control board, an environmental information collection device and a power supply management device, where the locking mechanism, power interface and power supply management device are respectively connected with the main control board, the environmental information collection device connected with the power supply management device, the environmental information collection device configured to collect and transmit environmental information on the surrounding of the door lock to the power supply management device; the power supply management device configured to carry out processing according to the environmental information and output a power supply mode matched with the environmental information to the main control board; and the power interface configured to execute an operation related to the power supply mode matched with the environmental information according to a power supply instruction from the main control board.
Dual-locking LOTO locking pins
A locking pin includes a body having a plurality of apertures defined through a sidewall. A closure is disposed at an end of the body. A plurality of latch bolts is disposed in the body and adjacent to the closure. Each latch bolt is moveable through a corresponding one of the apertures and between a locked position, disposed at least partially outside of the body, and an unlocked position, disposed at least substantially within the body. A keeper is coupled to each of the latch bolts and configured to retain the latch bolt in the latched position and to bias the latch bolt for movement from the locked position to the unlocked position. A mechanism selectably engages each latch bolt to move the latch bolt to the locked position, and selectably disengages from the latch bolt to allow the keeper to move the latch bolt to the unlocked position.
Intelligent door lock system with manual operation and push notification
An intelligent door lock system is provided with a push notification. A sensor is configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock. The position sensing device senses position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock. An engine with a memory is coupled to the positioning sensing device. The engine and an energy source are coupled to the circuit. A push notification is provided to a dwelling user when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is manually opened.
CENTRALLY CONTROLLED SAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A cash management system utilizes a cloud computing model wherein a cloud of one or more servers may be locally networked or may be geographically dispersed and accessed by the client device over the Internet. The client device is a cash management safe. More than one safe may be employed in a system. Metrics, control functions, and interactions normally handled by an autonomous safe are shunted directly to a cloud server on the network. Usage data, currency validations, coin validations, security entries, etc. are communicated to the cloud server. The cloud server(s), based on database information and software settings, can transmit configuration, updates and information to remote safes. The information transmitted may include user configuration, access rules, currency configuration, alert configuration, and software and firmware updates. The cloud server based cash management system allows the entire cash management of an enterprise to be provided as a service to that enterprise.
DOOR LOCK SYSTEM COUPLED TO AN IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE
A wireless access system at a building is provided. A door lock system includes: a lock status device configured to be coupled to the drive shaft of a lock device, the lock status device assisting in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device. A processor is coupled to the door lock system. An image capture device at the building is configured to be in communication with the door lock system and capture an image of an object in the vicinity of the building. A light source assembly is in communication with the image capture device.
Smart entry system
A smart system locks a door of a vehicle when there is a user's instruction to lock the door when a first portable device in which first identification information is stored is outside the vehicle and a second portable device in which second identification information is stored is inside the vehicle, and controls the power supply state from a normal state to a power supply continuation state in which power continues to be supplied only to a predetermined power supply continuation device in the vehicle.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND MOVABLE FOLDING PARTITION
Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate, generally, to a control system for a movable partition. In one embodiment, the control system is an access control system that includes a lock control interface and a remote line interface at which lock modes are asserted, and which are communicated to a door controller. Protocols installed at the controller enable the controller to provide control signals to the movable partition responsive to the various lock modes asserted at the lock control interface and remote line interface.
