Lock with a roller deadbolt
A lock with a roller deadbolt includes a driving member having a first slot and a transverse slot. The driving member is connected to a first spring, a second spring and a positioning rod. A deadbolt includes a body, an insertion member, a roller and a slide. The driving member is connected to the body. The insertion member is received in the body. The second spring biases the insertion member. The slide is restricted by the positioning rods of the driving member and has a first guide pin extending through the first slot. The slide is movable along the first slot. The guide hole includes an extension slot and an inclined slot which inclinedly communicates with the extension slot. When in a non-transmission position, the roller protrudes beyond the receiving space. When in the transmission position, the roller does not protrude beyond the receiving space.
BOLT MECHANISM WITH DOOR POSITION SENSOR
An exemplary bolt assembly includes a housing, a bolt, and a magnetic sensor. The housing includes a tubular sleeve configured for mounting in a latch bore of a door. The bolt is movably mounted to the housing for movement between an extended position and a retracted position. The magnetic sensor includes wires that extend through the tubular sleeve, and is operable to transmit information relating to an open/closed position of the door.

LOCKING ASSEMBLY WITH TRIGGER HANDLE
A latching handleset assembly includes a handle, a trigger, and a latch driver. The handle has a handle portion and a top mounting portion that extends from an escutcheon. The top mounting portion has a top surface and a bottom that is at least partially obscured by the handle portion. The trigger includes an exterior end located along the bottom of the top mounting portion and an interior end extending into the escutcheon. The trigger is pivotable about a pivot point positioned within the escutcheon. The latch driver is movable between a neutral position and a latch actuating position in response to actuation of the trigger.

Lock device with a electric locking function
A lock device with an electric locking function includes a latch head slideably mounted in a case and an unlatching mechanism mounted in the case. The unlatching mechanism includes a follower portion operatively connected to the latch head. The unlatching mechanism further includes a locking mechanism having an electric driving device for driving a locking block to move between a front position in which the unlatching mechanism is locked and a rear position in which the unlatching mechanism is not locked. Wire or wireless control can be provided to control a driving shaft of the electric driving device to move in a forward direction or a reverse direction to lock or unlock the latch head.
Door lock with a wireless charging device
A door lock mounted to a door includes a latch head. A receiver includes a charging circuit and is mounted to the door. A battery provides electricity required for moving the latch head between a latching position and an unlatching position or providing electricity required for permitting or not permitting movement of the latch head from the latching position to the unlatching position. A transmitter includes a wireless transmitting circuit and is mounted to a door frame to which the door is pivotably mounted. The transmitter is connected to a power supply. When the door is in an open position, the receiver is not aligned with the transmitter. When the door is in a closed position, the receiver is aligned with the transmitter, the receiver receives a radio wave from the transmitter, converts the radio wave into electricity, and stores the electricity in the battery.

KEYED LOCKSET OPERABLE BY PIVOTING ACTUATOR ABOUT A FIRST AXIS OR A SECOND AXIS
A lockset (10) is actuable by pivoting a lever (14,16) about a longitudinal axis of the lockset (10) by rotating the lever (14,16) and by pivoting the lever (14,16) about an axis transverse to the lockset axis, such as by pushing or pulling. The lockset (10) includes an inside lever (14) and an outside lever (16), each associated with an independent mechanism, each of which can independently actuate the lockset (10). A keyed locking cylinder (250) is disposed axially in the outside lever (16) and pivots with the outside lever (16). The keyed lock cylinder (250) has an opening that pivotably engages an actuator (260). The actuator (260) extends into a retractor assembly (33) of the lockset (10) and is configured to perform an unlocking or locking function when actuated.
