LOCKING DEVICE FOR HINGED DOOR
The present invention relates to a hinged door locking device and, more particularly, to a hinged door locking device comprising a rotatable lever installed on a door frame separately from a main locking device generally used for security, wherein a side to be opened by rotation in the hinged door is brought into tight contact with the door frame at multiple points in the longitudinal direction by operating the lever. Thus, the hinged door locking device is configured to readily maintain the tight contact and has high usability as an auxiliary locking device.
SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device includes a moving unit, a manual unit, a plurality of securing members and an actuating mechanism. The moving unit includes a ring gear, first and second sliding members, and a first connecting member. The first and second sliding members are slidable relative to the ring gear and respectively in mutually perpendicular directions. The securing members extend through the first connecting member and the first sliding member into the manual unit for securing the first sliding member between the first connecting member and the manual unit. The actuating mechanism is co-movably connected to the second sliding member and is adapted for actuating operation of a lock mechanism.
SECURITY ZONE BARRICADE DEVICE
A retrofit door locking system is for being attached to an existing door. The system has a bolt receiver affixed to the door frame and a mounting plate. The mounting plate has a bolt tube that carries a slidable bolt. The bolt slides inside the tube and can be affixed between a retracted and extended position with a lock or a cotter pin. The bolt can be affixed by a lock that extends into grooves on the bolt or through a cotter pin that extends through a transverse hole. Along with being used to lock the door closed, the door can be prevented from latching by extending the bolt and locking it in the extended position.
Window/door securing device
A window/door securing device for securing a leaf, in particular an outwardly opening leaf, of a window or door in a closed position in which the leaf contacts a frame of the window or door comprises a base body and a counter-piece that is selectively latchable to the base body so that on a fastening of the base body to the frame and of the counter-piece to the leaf, the leaf can be secured in the closed position by latching the counter-piece to the base body. The base body has two installation surfaces so that one of the installation surfaces of the base body can be selectively placed on and fastened to the frame. In this respect, two installation surfaces are aligned perpendicular to one another.
Digital door lock assembly
A digital door lock assembly which includes an exterior assembly is disclosed. The exterior assembly includes a PCB which includes an RF chip for receiving and processing an RF signal, a controller chip for receiving and processing signals output from number keypads, and a regulator supplying an operating voltage to the RF chip and the controller chip, wires which are connected to the RF chip, the controller chip, and the regulator through the PCB, and a housing which has a storage space into which a key lock cylinder including a spindle and first screw holes is inserted, and includes a first hole and second holes that are formed at a bottom of the storage space SS and through which the spindle passes.
Intelligent door lock system with manual operation and push notification
An intelligent door lock system is provided with a push notification. A sensor is configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock. The position sensing device senses position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock. An engine with a memory is coupled to the positioning sensing device. The engine and an energy source are coupled to the circuit. A push notification is provided to a dwelling user when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is manually opened.
DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A door lock assembly for a door hinged to a door frame, having primarily a two-part lock assembly, including a linear pin or bolt having a first pin end and a second pin end, the second pin end formed with a handle attached and a magnet positioned therearound the second pin end and proximate a junction between the handle and the second pin end and a mounting plate having a first plate end and a second plate end, the plate ends having a one or more mounting holes, the mounting plate having a base or humped body positioned between first plate end and a second plate end, the humped body having a locking aperture positioned crosswise there through the humped body to receive first pin end.
System and method for simple modular and flexible “blind vault lock” design to secure shipment of high-value cargo
Cargo locks are general massive, virtually armor plate grade materials, cables, tags, etc. hung on the outside of any configuration of cargo containers, enclosed cargo trucks, vans, semi-trailers, boxcars, etc. A few internal cargo area lock systems have been offered but are cost prohibitive, massive and not practical for other than a stationary installation. This makes them impractical for cargo containers, boxcars, and most semi-trailers because they are rarely re-used by the same party who invested in an elaborate stationary lock system. In a further development of U.S. Pat. No. 9,683,394, virtually anyone can install this flexible Lock Mechanism and Electronic Control (LM&EC) and achieve a secured cargo area by making all locks inaccessible from the outside. Similarly, the LM&EC system can be readily removed for reuse elsewhere or its access and control components modified to adapt to the reuse application or improve security for the present application.
Door locking device, assembly and method of constructing
A new and useful door locking device, door locking assembly, and method of constructing a door locking assembly is provided. The door locking device includes first and second subassemblies configured to connect to a door jamb and door, respectively, a first locking member connected to one of the subassemblies and a second locking member connected to the other subassembly. The first and second locking members are selectively engaged to lock the door with the jamb and selectively disengaged to unlock the door from the jamb. The connection of the second subassembly to the door being is designed to allow adjustment of the one of the locking components in a plurality of directions, to enable the door locking device to be adjusted provide a predetermined locking orientation of the first and second locking members. The connection of the first subassembly to the door jamb is designed to provide minimal, easily repaired, intrusion to the structure of the doorjamb; and the connection of the second subassembly to the door is of a type that connects to the door surface without damage to the door while providing a secure connection of the locking components when they are selectively engaged.
DUAL LOCK SYSTEM
The dual lock system can have a primary lock having a first bolt, a first external access control interface, a handle on an internal face of the door, a first mechanism to control the retraction of the first bolt based on either one of the first external access control interface and the handle, the first mechanism having an actuator which is moveable vertically in response to the activation of the handle; a secondary lock having a second bolt, a second external access control interface, a second mechanism to control the retraction of the second bolt based on the second external access control interface, the second mechanism having a rotary shaft linked to the retraction of the second bolt; a connecting element connected to transfer the vertical movement of the actuator to a rotary movement of the rotary shaft, wherein both the first bolt and the second bolt are retracted upon activation of the handle.
