Magnetic lockset
An exemplary lockset includes a mortise case, a magnet assembly mounted in the mortise case, and a manual actuator operable to move the magnet assembly between a coupling position in which a first magnet of the magnet assembly is aligned with a reference point and a decoupling position in which the first magnet is misaligned with the reference point. In certain embodiments, the magnet assembly further includes a second magnet having an opposite polarity as the first magnet, and the second magnet is misaligned with the reference point when the magnet assembly is in the coupling position and is aligned with the reference point when the magnet assembly is in the decoupling position.

DOOR LOCK DEVICE
A door lock device is provided and includes: a housing, an acting assembly arranged in the housing and having a lock tongue, an operating assembly arranged in the housing and interlocked with an outdoor handle, and a regulating assembly arranged in the housing for a user to regulate the operating assembly into an interlocking state or an idle state. As such, in the interlocking state, the outdoor handle drives the acting assembly through the operating assembly to cause the lock tongue to extend or retract relative to the housing, and in the idle state, the operating assembly cannot drive the acting assembly and the outdoor handle cannot be interlocked with the lock tongue.

Electronically operated lock cylinder
An electronic lock cylinder that may be a direct replacement for a European-style standard cylinder is disclosed. The lock cylinder may include a core, a first shaft rotatably mounted in the core, and a second shaft rotatably mounted in the core and coaxial with the first shaft. A first cam and a second cam may be each rotatably mounted in the core and coaxial with the first shaft. The first cam may include a first lug and the second cam may include a second lug, where the first lug and the second lug may each be coupled to a deadbolt. A clutch may be disposed on the first shaft and shiftable from a first position to a second position, and a motor may be disposed in the core and operatively coupled to the clutch and configured to shift the clutch from the first position to the second position. When the clutch is in the first position, the first shaft is operatively coupled to the first cam, and the second shaft is decoupled from both the first cam and the second cam, when the clutch is in the second position, both the first shaft and the second shaft are operatively coupled to the second cam. The lock includes a first shaft rotatably mounted in the core and a second shaft rotatably mounted in the core and coaxial with the first shaft. A clutch is disposed on the first shaft and rotationally fixed to the first shaft but axially shiftable. The lock also includes a slider with a finger, where the finger is engaged with the clutch, and a motor is configured to shift the slider axially between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the clutch is disengaged from the second shaft, and in the second position, the clutch is engaged with the second shaft, such that rotation of the first shaft causes rotation of the second shaft.

Sensor assemblies for locks
A locking assembly including first and second hubs rotatably mounted in a case, a latch assembly which retracts in response to rotation of either of the hubs, and a locking member which selectively prevents rotation of at least one of the hubs. A sensor assembly is associated with at least one of the hubs, and is configured to transmit a signal in response to rotation of the at least one hub.
ELECTRONIC LOCK WITH MORTISE INSERT
An electronic lock assembly includes an exterior assembly, an interior assembly, and a latch having a deadbolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position, the latch being movable in response to rotation of a torque blade. The electronic lock includes a motor within the interior assembly and operable to rotate the torque blade, and a control circuit operatively connected to the motor and configured to selectively actuate the motor. A mortise insert includes a battery subassembly electrically connectable to the control circuit.

CYLINDER LOCK
This cylinder lock is a cylinder lock which can lock and unlock a mortise lock via a displacement transmission member. The cylinder lock comprises: a cylinder lock body; a key insertion part which is provided on one end side of the cylinder lock body and into which a key is inserted; and a displacement transmission member mounting part which is provided on the other end side of the cylinder lock body and on which the displacement transmission member can be mounted. A plurality of displacement transmission members corresponding to each of case locks having a plurality of specifications can be removably mounted on the displacement transmission member mounting part. Thus, cylinder locks having the same specification can be applied to case locks having a variety of specifications.
