A mechanism for use with multiple latches that are to be released by a single handle and by a single pull. A method for actuating multiple latches with a single handle and by a single pull. A release mechanism for use with multiple latches that are to be released by a single handle and by a single pull, including: a first member slidably received within a housing; a second member rotatably secured to the first member for movement about an axis within the housing and with respect to the first member; a first cable secured to the first member and slidably received within the housing; a second cable secured to the second member and slidably received within the housing; and a third cable secured to the second member and slidably received within the housing, wherein the second cable is shorter than the first cable.

Smart latch assembly with double pawl latch mechanism having flexible connection to release mechanism

A closure latch assembly equipped with a double pawl latch mechanism and including a resilient linkage arrangement between a component of the double pawl latch mechanism and a component of a latch release and reset mechanism which is configured to assist in both latch release and latch reset operations.

CONTROL ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE LOCK SYSTEM

A control assembly for a motor vehicle lock system including a first and a second motor vehicle lock are associated with a closure element of a motor vehicle, the motor vehicle locks each can be brought into a main locking position for a retaining engagement between a lock latch of the motor vehicle lock and a locking part and into an opened position, the motor vehicle lock system comprises a sensor assembly which determines sensor values for the respective positions of the motor vehicle locks, the first and the second motor vehicle lock each have a closing assembly, the motor vehicle lock system has at least one electric closing drive for the closing assemblies, the control assembly triggers a closing routine on fulfilment of a starting criterion by the sensor values.

Exit device assembly

An exit device assembly for use in association with a door having a top, a bottom and a generally vertical surface. The exit door assembly includes an exit device configured to be mounted on the surface of the door, the exit device including a manually movable member, a latch mechanism configured to be mounted adjacent one of the top and the bottom of the door, the latch mechanism including a latch movable between a locking position and a non-locking position, and a non-rigid device for causing movement of the latch in response to movement of the manually movable member.

Anti-unlatched mechanism and a door lock thereof
11661763 · 2023-05-30 · ·

An anti-unlocked mechanism comprises a transmission gear, a sliding rod, a locking member and a first elastic member. The transmission gear includes an arc surface. An end of the sliding rod contacts the deadbolt of the lock body. The sliding rod is provided with a fixed stopper and a second elastic member. When the deadbolt is retracted, the sliding rod moves with the deadbolt against the elastic force of the second elastic member. When the deadbolt extends, the locking member moves with the sliding rod to block the rotation of the rotating part. The first elastic member comprises first and second protrusions. The second protrusion will not hinder the fixed stopper of the slide rod unless the first protrusion contacts with the circular arc surface, which will block the movement of the locking member to block rotation of the rotating part.
