SMART FOR REMOTE OPENING AND CLOSING A DOOR
A smart delivery box and method for securing the delivery of packages. The method involves (a) ascertaining when a delivery vehicle has entered a geo-location associated with a delivery address of a package, (b) transmitting a delivery signal to a cloud computing service when the delivery vehicle is ascertained as entering the geo-location associated with the delivery address of the package, and configuring a door of a delivery box, located at the delivery address, to open for the delivery and receipt of the package, in response to an open command generated by the cloud computing service in reply to the delivery signal transmitted when the delivery vehicle entered the geo-location.
Idling Switch Structure of Shaft of Electronic Lock
An idling switch structure of a shaft of an electronic lock contains: a holding plate, a shell, an electric drive unit, a switching unit, and a manual rotation unit. The holding plate includes a peripheral fringe, multiple positioning posts, a fixing seat, two locating portions, a column, a receiving area, a limiting rib, an extension, and a bolt seat. The shell includes a covering space, multiple recesses, and a locking orifice. The electric drive unit includes a drive wheel, a motor body, and a transmission wheel having a central orifice and two rotation protrusions. The drive wheel has a central orifice, a tooth portion, and an actuation gear. The motor body has two stands and a worm. The switching unit includes a driven sheet, a slider, a first spring, a second spring, and a driving element. The manual rotation unit includes a lock bolt and a key.
KEY, LOCK, AND LATCH ASSEMBLY
A latch mechanism includes a hook-handle assembly coupled to a first panel and a clevis coupled to a second panel. The hook-handle assembly engages the clevis to secure the first panel relative to the second panel.
MULTIPOINT LOCKING DOOR HARDWARE
A lock system includes an active panel center gearbox. The active panel center gearbox includes a deadbolt, a deadbolt drive to extend or retract the deadbolt, an upper drive assembly, a lower drive assembly, a latch bolt, a handle assembly to retract the latch bolt and to extend or retract the lower and the upper driver assemblies, a reverse action rocker coupling the lower and the upper drive assemblies so they move in different directions, a mishandling bolt, and a mishandling plate. When the mishandling bolt extends, it lowers the mishandling plate. When the mishandling plate lowers, it engages the deadbolt to prevent the deadbolt from extending, it engages the handle assembly to prevent the lower drive assembly from extending, and it engages the reverse action rocker to prevent the upper drive assembly from extending.

LOCK FOR A REBATED DOOR
A lock for a door of the rebated type, comprising a containing box body, suitable for being housed in a cavity of the rebated door; a latch that is movable between an extracted position and a retracted position in the box body; a driving device movable, by means of a control handle, along an opening direction to move the latch from the extracted position to the retracted position. The driving device is movable, by a key-locking-member, along a locking direction opposite to the opening direction, to reach a disengaged position in which the driving device is not engageable by the control handle, thus preventing the driving of the latch; the driving device comprises a locking arrangement shaped for blocking the latch in the extracted position, preventing forced movement thereof from the outside to the retracted position, when the driving device is in the disengaged position unbound from the control handle. The driving device is defined by, a cursor-element that is geometrically configured to enable to tit into the box body an optional bolt. The cursor-element is provided with a protrusion element for driving and locking the optional bolt.
MULTI-POINT LOCKING SYSTEM
Fenestration systems and associated methods include use of a lock assembly having a housing, a cam gear, a reversal gear, and one or more catches. Various aspects relate to enhanced locking/security, including repeatability and overall efficacy.
Electrified exit device
A latch dogging assembly comprises an electromagnet and an actuator mounted on a bracket. A guide slide is pivotally mounted on the bracket with a lead block coupled to the guide slide. A guide pin rides along an inner surface of the bracket causing the guide slide to pivot. A pawl is slidably engaged with the guide slide. A guide link includes a post. An armature is mounted to the panic bar and the post engages the pawl. When the actuator is energized to move the lead block, the pawl engages the post to pivot the armature and thereby cause the panic bar to move from the extended position to the depressed position. When the electromagnet is energized the armature is magnetically held preventing reverse pivoting of the guide link. A method for fully retracting a door latch is also provided.

Cylinder and control component
The present invention discloses a cylinder and a control component and relates to the field of locks, comprising two mirror-symmetric cylinder mechanisms which jointly drive a latchbolt control ring. The present invention enables equal operations on both sides of a door, and that the separate operation on both sides of the door does not interfere with each other. Furthermore, only one cylinder is required, which simplifies the structure and a single motor realizes a not-interfered alternating output on both sides of the door.
