Latch module and an appliance using the same

A latch module for controlling an opening and a closing of a door of an appliance includes a latch, a spring that applies an elastic force to the latch, a motor; and a cam that contacts a contact surface of the latch and is coupled to the motor to drive the cam to pivot the latch. The cam includes a first radius, a second radius, and a third radius in a circumferential direction at an outer circumference of the cam. The latch is positioned at a first basic position when the first radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch, positioned at a second basic position when the second radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch, and positioned at a third basic position when the third radius of the cam contacts the contact surface of the latch.

A cab for a power machine having a side window and a rear window each hingedly connected to the same one of a right rear cab frame post and a left rear cab frame post such that when the side window and rear window are both opened by latches to rotate outward relative to the same rear post an airflow path is created diagonally across the operator between a front corner of the cab and an opposite rear corner of the cab.

Electrical Mullion Receptacle

A door mullion receptacle box assembly includes a toe plate, a channel box and block components. When a mullion is removed from a building/room opening, the toe plate may be fixed in the mullion receptacle box thus creating a uniform threshold across the width of the door openings. Using the assembly described herein, however, there are no large diameter holes in the top of the toe plate and no projections into the opening that could be a trip hazard. The present assembly replaces traditional fixed sill blocks mounted to the floor, or to the top of a threshold to anchor the bottom of conventional mullions. A typical mullion is locked in place with a lock at the top of the mullion. When installed, this mullion is placed over the sill block at the sill and tilted into place and locked into a header block at the top of the mullion. However because the components of the conventional sill blocks project up into the mullion from the thresholds, they become a trip hazard and a liability when the mullion is temporarily removed.

Exit device systems and methods

An exit device according to one embodiment includes a plurality of sensors and an electronic dogging mechanism. The exit device is configured to locally analyze sensor data to determine the security state of the exit device, report data to a management system via a wireless communication channel established between the exit device and the management system, and receive and process instructions to perform an electronic dogging operation.

DOOR BOLT STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
20170292292 · 2017-10-12 ·

A door bolt structure of an electronic device includes a door frame, a door panel, and a resilient metallic wire. The door panel is movably disposed at the door frame and provides a hermetic seal to the door frame. The two ends of the resilient metallic wire are connected to the door panel. The resilient metallic wire bends to form hook portions which protrude from the edge of the door panel. When the door panel provides a hermetic seal for the door frame, the hook portions are engaged with an inner edge of the door frame. When pulled, the resilient metallic wire drives the hook portions to separate from the door frame, thereby allowing the door panel to move relative to the door frame.

Retractable latch bolt assemblies for upgrading locks
09822556 · 2017-11-21 · ·

Spring-projected latch bolt assemblies each having a retractable latch bolt component are used to upgrade commercially available lock operating mechanisms so that closures carrying the upgraded lock operating mechanisms can lock automatically when the closures reach their fully closed positions. To permit unobstructed closing of each closure, a normally extended component of each associated spring-projected latch bolt assembly retracts during a final segment of the closing of an associated closure, and snaps back to its fully extended position as the associated closure comes to rest in its fully closed position.

CHARGING CART
20170241166 · 2017-08-24 ·

A charging cart includes a casing, at least one door leaf and a hooking mechanism. The casing has at least one first hooking slot. The door leaf is pivotally mounted to the casing so that the door leaf is rotatable relative to the casing about a first rotation axis. The hooking mechanism includes a movable assembly and at least one hooking member. The movable assembly is movably disposed on the door leaf. The hooking member is connected to the movable assembly. The hooking member is driven by the movable assembly to rotate relative to the door leaf about a second rotation axis to be moved between a locked position and an unlocked position. The second rotation axis is parallel to the first rotation axis.
