Panel door lockout
A lockout device is able to secure a door on a panel. The lockout device includes a housing and a flexible line. The housing has a first mounting portion adapted for securement to one side of the panel and the flexible line has on one end thereof a second mounting portion adapted for securement to another side of the panel from the first mounting portion. The housing further supports at least one line engagement element and the flexible line extends through at least a portion of the housing including the at least one line engagement element for selective engagement therewith. In use, the mounting portions may be affixed or attached to opposing sides or edges of the panel, the flexible line drawn taut, and the line engagement element(s) of the housing used to engage the flexible line to hold it in positon with respect to the housing.
ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK ASSEMBLY
An electromechanical lock assembly (1) comprising a lock body (13), a lock core (21) located at least partially within the lock body (13) and selectively rotatable with respect to the lock body (13), the lock core (21) including a key receptacle (23), a bolt operating member rotationally secured to the lock core (21) and configured to move a lock bolt of a lock (3) for locking and unlocking said lock (3), and a programmable key (12), wherein said electromechanical lock assembly is configured to be powered upon insertion of the programmable key (12) in said key receptacle (23). A position sensing device (27) is arranged to transmit position data to said programmable key (12).

Attachment device
An attachment device (1) for an apparatus (10), which apparatus (10) comprises a fixed cable (2) with a connector (12) at its free end. The attachment device (1) comprises a first plate member (3) and a second plate member (4), which by means of a hinge member (7) are rotatably connected to each other about a hinge axis (5). Hereby, they can rotate between a closed position, in which the plate members (3, 4) lie against each other, and in which the attachment device (1) defines a through-going opening (6) for the cable (2), and an open position, in which the cable (2) can be removed from the attachment device (1). The first plate member (3) comprises a first locking slot (83) and the second plate member (4) comprises a second locking slot (84). The first and second locking slots (83, 84) are aligned in the closed position, whereby a locking member (13) can be inserted through both locking slots (83, 84) and lock the attachment device (2) in the closed position, in which the cable (2) cannot be out pulled through the through-going opening (6). The hinge axis (5) is parallel with the first and second plate members (3, 4) and that the through-going opening (6) is tubular.

Rail car hand brake safety system
A railcar safety lock incorporates a rectangular channel having an open top face and a pair of opposing open ends. An “L”-shaped bracket is pivotally secured within the channel. A pad lock aperture is secured within the channel adjacent a second open end opposite a first open end. The safety is configured to lockingly engage the bracket over a single lever railcar hand brake, thereby preventing the hand brake lever from being released.
