Information handling system display stand mount lock

An information handling system locks to a display stand and/or an external object with a locking mount coupled to the display stand having a Kensington lock and a padlock. The locking mount has a lock switch with an unlocked position to accept and release the information handling system securing members and a lock position that engages the securing members with a lock plate to prevent removal of the information handling system. In the unlocked position, the Kensington lock and padlock loop are unavailable for securing the information handling system. In the locked position, the Kensington lock slot is unblocked to accept a securing cable and the padlock loop will extend from a retract position to accept a padlock. When a cable fits in the slot and/or a padlock fits in the padlock loop, the lock switch is engaged in the locked position to prevent removal of the information handling system securing members.

An anti-theft device for securing an article of merchandise against unauthorized removal from a display counter. A bracket securely holds the article of merchandise. A latch plate is attached to an underside of the bracket. The latch plate has a rail having a lip. A quick-release interface is anchored to a display counter. The quick-release interface has a flanged channel configured to receive the rail of the latch plate. A latch is disposed within the quick-release interface. The latch immobilizes the rail within the channel, thus securing the latch plate to the quick-release interface. The quick-release interface has an access port providing access to the latch using a specialized tool. The tool can be used to disengage the latch from the rail, thereby releasing the latch plate from the quick-release interface.

The electronic device is then disabled with the computerized regulating adapter, if the current date-and-time matches an arbitrary blocked date-and-time, wherein the arbitrary blocked date-and-time is any date-and-time from the plurality of blocked date-and-times.

At least one locking assembly is positioned on at least one of the at least two arms and comprises a plurality of lock surface features configured to couple to the plurality of support member surface features. In a locked position, the at least one of the at least two arms is enabled to slide in the first direction. In an unlocked position, the at least one of the at least two arms is enabled to slide in the second direction.
