An equipment holder system includes a carrier component and a dock component. The carrier component is configured to hold equipment. One of the carrier component and the dock component includes a slide member and the other of the carrier component and the dock component includes a slide channel configured to receive the slide member in order to releasably connect the carrier component to the dock component. The slide channel includes a stop which is configured to engage the slide member when received in the slide channel to prevent withdrawal. The slide member is released from the stop by pushing the carrier component towards the dock component and then sliding the carrier component relative to the dock component.

MAINTAINING LINE-OF-SIGHT IN WIRELESS HYBRID MOBILE MESH NETWORKS

A wireless mesh data network composed principally of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)-platformed nodes intercommunicating via hybrid links utilizing Radio Frequency (RF) and/or Free Space Optical (FSO) data communications, and provided with novel features and capabilities for acquiring, maintaining, and recovering Line-Of-Sight (LOS) between communicating nodes. FSO communications are preferred for high bandwidth and security, but it is not always possible to provide Line-Of-Sight (LOS) between communicating nodes, as required by FSO, because of obstruction by natural and artificial features of the environment. The provided novel features and capabilities of the invention optimize and enhance the overall network LOS status.

The present invention is a disinfecting and sanitizing device designed for disinfecting restraining devices such as handcuffs and leg shackles. The device comprises a cylindrical disinfectant liquid storage member, configured to store a disinfectant solution, and a circular lid that securely seals the storage member. The underside of the lid features a pair of integrated hooks, each with a U-shaped bend to hold restraining devices securely in place, preventing dislodgement during the disinfecting process. In one embodiment, the device includes a drainage slot for automatically draining the disinfectant solution when the quality thereof falls below a set threshold, and an ozone sterilization module to provide additional disinfection. The disinfectant solution preferably has 90% isopropyl alcohol, and cleans the restraining devices by removing dirt, bacteria, and bodily fluids.
