WINDOW SASH LOCK AND TILT MECHANISM
20210156182 · 2021-05-27 ·

A window lock system includes a sash lock and at least one tilt latch. The sash lock includes a first housing, a lever, a cam, a slide plate, and at least one actuator movable via the lever. The tilt latch includes a second housing configured to be slidably mounted on a window sash and an independent bolt slidingly coupled to the first end of the second housing. A drive bar couples the at least one actuator and the second housing together. The sash lock is movable between at least a locked position, an unlocked position, and a tilt position by rotating the lever. When the sash lock is in the tilt position, the at least one actuator retracts relative to the first housing and via the drive bar retracts the first end of the second housing of the tilt latch relative to a side surface of the window sash.

VEHICLE HOOD LOCKING MECHANISM

A vehicle hood locking mechanism includes a housing and a hood lock having a locking portion positioned exterior of the housing. The hood lock is coupled to the housing such that the locking portion is rotatable with respect to the housing between a first rotational position and a second rotational position different from the first rotational position. Rotation of the locking portion to the first rotational position enables insertion of the locking portion through a shaped opening formed in the hood. Rotation of the locking portion to the second rotational position after insertion of the locking portion through the opening prevents withdrawal of the locking portion through the opening until the locking portion is rotated back to the first rotational position. This prevents the hood lock from being inadvertently detached from the raised hood, thereby maintaining the hood in the raised condition.

The present invention relates to the field of locks and relates to a latchbolt mechanisms, comprising a rotatable latchbolt (16) and an elastic element (17), wherein the rotatable latchbolt (16) is fixedly mounted on a rotatable pin shaft, round which the rotatable latchbolt rotates. Therefore, a rotational unlocking and locking is enabled and is suitable not only for hinged doors, but also for sliding doors. By a rotary movement, actions of door opening and closing are avoided in a usual case.

Appliance lock assembly

A safety gate has a gate body and two first locking units. The gate body has two first connecting elements. The two first locking units are respectively mounted on two opposite sides of a door frame. Each first locking unit has a second connecting element and a blocking element. Each of the first connecting elements is rotatably connected with a respective one of the second connecting elements. Each blocking element has a blocking position for blocking a corresponding first connecting element to prevent it from being disengaged from the second connecting element and a pressed position for detaching the corresponding first connecting element from the second connecting element of the first locking unit.

Retractable latch hook shroud assembly

A retractable latch hook shroud assembly includes a base plate, a first post, a second post, a shroud, and a spring biasing mechanism. The first post extends from the base plate in a first direction. The second post extends from the base plate in the first direction, and the second post is spaced away from the first post in a direction orthogonal to the first direction. A shroud has an end wall and a side wall that extends away from the end wall. The side wall defines a latch hook recess. The end wall has a first hole and a second hole. The first hole is configured to slidably receive the first post and the second hole is configured to slidably receive the second post. The spring biasing mechanism is interposed between the base plate and the end wall of the shroud.

DOOR LOCKING ASSEMBLY FOR AN AIRCRAFT

The disclosure relates to a door locking assembly for locking a door of an aircraft, comprising a locking hook adapted for blocking in a locking position a lockable arm of a door of an aircraft; a release lever connected to the locking hook for moving the locking hook from a releasing position into the locking position in response to being actuated by a lockable arm of a door of an aircraft; an operating handle connected at least to the release lever and rotatable for moving the locking hook from the locking position to the releasing position; and a locking indicator connected to the locking hook for indicating positioning of the locking hook in one of the locking position or the releasing position.
