QUICK RELEASE GRILL GUARD AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosed apparatus, systems and methods relate to a quick release grill guard further comprising at least one latching system configured for the quick release and pivot of the grill guard away from the vehicle grill face. The quick release grill guard may comprises a vehicle coupling portion, a clasped member an elongate bar and a clasping member. The clasping member may be constructed and arranged to be releasably engaged with the clasped member. Further, actuation of the elongate bar may cause the clasping member and clasped member to disengage.
Electronic actuated tonneau cover striker assembly
A striker assembly comprising: (a) a latch that releasably engages a tonneau cover or a truck cap; and (b) an actuator in communication with the latch to actuate the latch between an open position and a closed position, wherein the actuation causes the tonneau cover or the truck cap to move between the open position and the closed position; wherein actuation is initiated wirelessly based on an input signal received by the actuator.
Electronic actuated tonneau cover striker assembly

Sliding-door latch
A reversible apparatus for a conventional pocket door has a sliding-handle mechanism and a handle cavity sized to facilitate human operation. Moving parts are contained in a cartridge, and remain assembled, independent of the configuration of the apparatus for doors that close from left to right, or doors that close from right to left.
Double Door Gate Apparatus
A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.

PANEL CLOSURE APPARATUS
A panel closure apparatus has a panel (14) for closing against a strike jamb (12). A locking element (100) is displaceable between a released position and a locked position in which contact surfaces (102, 104) of the locking element and the panel prevent opening of the panel, and are configured so that force applied to open the panel does not generate a force to disengage the locking element. Locking element (100) has an input surface (108) deployed so as to be displaced by an actuating surface (110) of panel (14) during a closing motion of the panel from the open position to the closed position. Input surface (108) moves as a unit with locking element (100) so that displacement of the input surface by the closing motion of the panel displaces the locking element towards the locked position.
Quick Release Grill Guard And Associated Systems And Methods
The disclosed apparatus, systems and methods relate to a quick release grill guard further comprising at least one latching system configured for the quick release and pivot of the grill guard away from the vehicle grill face. In certain embodiments, the quick release grill guard further comprises a grill guard coupling portion, a vehicle coupling portion, a latching portion a hinge, a quick release bar; and a clasping member. In certain embodiments, the grill guard coupling portion is capable of being freely pivoted relative to the hinge by actuation of the clasping member by way of the quick release bar. In exemplary embodiments, the quick release bar is in operable communication with multiple latching systems so as to release the grill guard in a plurality of locations simultaneously.

Receptacle latching mechanism incorporating a go-gauge
A latching mechanism includes a gauge defining a passage extending therethrough, and a latch operably connected to the gauge and structured to be rotatable from a latching position to an unlatched position by movement of a component at least partially through the passage. The latch is structured to engage a latch engagement feature positioned on a lid of a receptacle to maintain the lid in a closed condition when the latch is in the latching position. The receptacle lid is released for opening when the latch disengages from the latch engagement feature.
