Lock Assembly
A lock assembly is provided which may be used for instance with mobile mounted appliances and cabinets. The lock assembly is provided to inhibit opening of the doors or drawers and which also shifts the lock assembly so that the lock does not inhibit closure of the door or drawer. The lock assembly also provides visual indication of the status of the lock.
HINGE ASSEMBLY WITH COMMON ACTUATION
A hinge assembly having at least two hinge locks for locking a door leaf relative to a door frame and for tilting the door leaf relative to the door frame, wherein an actuation device for common actuation of the hinge locks is provided. The disclosure also relates to a door comprising a hinge assembly and to a method for mounting a hinge assembly.

ROTARY LATCH WITH SPRING GUIDE
A latch assembly includes a frame and a pawl including a surface for receiving a striker and being movably coupled to the frame between an open and a closed position. In the closed position, the pawl is positioned to retain the striker to the latch assembly, and, in the open position, the pawl is not positioned to retain the striker to the latch assembly. A spring guide is connected to the pawl and the frame, wherein, in the closed position of the pawl, the spring guide is configured to bias the pawl such that the pawl remains in the closed position, and in the open position of the pawl, the spring guide is configured to bias the pawl such that the pawl remains in the open position. One end of the spring guide is connected to the pawl, and the opposite end of the spring guide is unconstrained.

One end of the spring guide is connected to the pawl, and the opposite end of the spring guide is unconstrained.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SENSING A STRIKER WITHIN A ROTARY LATCH
A latch assembly includes a frame and a pawl including a surface for receiving a striker and being movably coupled to the frame between an open and a closed position. A trigger is mounted to the frame and is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein, in the locked position of the trigger, the trigger is positioned to retain the pawl in the closed position. A striker bar is movably coupled to the trigger and is positioned to be contacted by the striker, wherein the striker bar is configured to move in the course of moving the striker into the pawl. A device for sensing a position of the striker bar, wherein the position of the striker bar is indicative of the position of the striker and the position of the trigger.
CABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM HAVING MULTI-POSITION PARTITION
A system for improved cable management is disclosed in several example embodiments. The disclosed embodiments describe example structures for supporting cables, for example telecommunications and fiber optic cables, within a cable storage cabinet. The disclosed embodiments also describe a door for a cable storage cabinet. The example door includes a hinge control and handle system which allows the door to be opened along either side to therefore allow the door to be opened either way from a single handle. The disclosed embodiments also describes an indicator system which informs a user when the door for the cable storage cabinet is in either a closed position or an open position. Each of these embodiments improves the utility and safety of cable management, particularly within cable storage cabinets.
Locking mechanisms and toolboxes including locking mechanisms
Locking mechanisms and toolboxes including locking mechanisms are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a locking mechanism includes a frame including an opening, a lid, a latch coupled to the lid, the latch including a latching post and a flange, and a locking device including a draw mechanism coupled to the tab, where the draw mechanism is translatable with respect to the frame, the draw mechanism including a slot that includes a narrow end and a wide end positioned opposite the narrow end, where the flange has a width that is greater than a width of the narrow end of the slot of the draw mechanism, and where the draw mechanism is repositionable between a latched position in which the narrow end is axially aligned with the latching post of the latch and an unlatched position, in which the wide end is axially aligned with the latching post of the latch.

SIDE ACTION FLUSH LOCK FOR CASEMENT WINDOW AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
A low profile actuating window lock for casement windows having a longitudinal slot in a sidewall of the casing for the lock, wherein a fork component translates within the slot in a direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the handle and the handle rotates along a plane perpendicular to the fork component, the handle pivotable about a restrictor arm that pivots relative to the casing, allowing the handle to rotate fully from the locked position to the unlocked position with low clearance from the window frame. The pivot points of the handle and restrictor arm configuration allow for an over center linkage that prevents back driving the casement window lock.
