An adjustment assembly is provided on connection ends of the primary spring and the secondary spring. A fixing part of the adjustment assembly is fixedly mounted on a side plate of the housing. Adjustment parts of the adjustment assembly are respectively rotatably connected to the fixing part of the adjustment assembly and are connected to adjustment ends of the primary spring and the secondary spring.
