ADJUSTABLE GLASS TRACK SYSTEMS FOR VEHICLES WITH FRAMELESS DOORS

This disclosure details exemplary adjustable glass track systems for vehicles. In some embodiments, the glass track systems may establish a continuous sealing plane relative to a glass pane of a frameless door. In other embodiments, the glass track systems may additionally establish a continuous sealing plane relative to a vehicle roof structure. Exemplary adjustable glass track systems may include, among other features, a tubular frame rail, a channel rail, appliques, and seals.

HINGE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A SEGMENTED DOOR

A hinge for movably attaching to parts together incudes: a first gear; a second gear; a cover configured to attach the first gear to the second gear; a first sliding surface on the cover; a second sliding surface on the cover wherein the first gear slides on the first sliding surface and the second gear slides on the second sliding surface when the hinge is operated; and an area on the first gear with no teeth and the area with no teeth is configured to slide past the second gear to allow the first gear to enter the cover. A method of assembling a hinge includes: moving a surface without gear teeth on a first gear past a toothed surface on a second gear; moving the first and second gears into a cover; meshing a tooth on the first gear with a tooth on the second gear; and holding the first and second gears together with the cover.

Window clip release system

A clip release system for a vehicle door includes: a clip including a stem and a clamping portion configured to hold a window; a lock including at least one guide extending from the first axial surface to the second axial surface, the lock being disposed in the stem of the clip; a bolt that rotates between a first position and a second position, is inserted through the hole of the lock in an insertion direction, and biased to move out of the lock in a direction opposite the insertion direction, the bolt including a head at a first end of the bolt, a shaft extending to a second end of the bolt, and at least one locking tab disposed on a surface of the shaft and configured to pass through the at least one guide.

SASH GUIDE

A sash guide for a hung window includes a plate having a first end and an opposite second end defining a longitudinal axis. The first end configured to mount to a side rail of a window sash and the second end having an outside surface spaced from the side rail in a transverse direction. The transverse direction being substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal axis. A cam block is disposed proximate the second end and between the plate and the side rail. An adjustment fastener is coupled to the cam block and configured to slide the cam block along the longitudinal axis such that the outside surface of the second end is adjustable along the transverse direction and in relation to the side rail.

Window regulator assembly

A window regulator may include a first guide rail assembly, that may be coupled to the door panel and including a first guide rail, a first pulley and a second pulley. The first slider may be configured to receive the window pane and translate along the first guide rail to move the window pane between an open position and a closed position. The first cable may be coupled to a drive and engaged with the first pulley and may be fixed to the first slider such that actuation of the drive moves the first slider and the window pane into the opening. The spring may be disposed between an end of the first cable and a portion of the first slider. The spring may be configured to bias the slider and an edge of the window pane towards the A-side beam or the B-side beam.

DISC FOR REFRIGERATION UNIT AND REFRIGERATION UNIT

A panel system for closing and opening a merchandise space of a refrigerated cabinet includes multiple movable panels. Each panel is movable between an open position and a closed position. Two of the panel are connected to form a pair of panels. A return mechanism is arranged above the pair of panels and a pulling mechanism is guided over the deflection mechanism and connects the two panels in the pair. Each panel of the pair is disposed with respect to the deflection mechanism so that a movement of one panel in a first movement direction effectuates a movement of the second panel in a second movement direction. A refrigerated cabinet includes such a panel system.

Self-adjusting damper based linear alignment system

A steam sterilizer having a door movable relative to an opening between a first open position and a second closed position. A plurality of spaced-apart roller assemblies are aligned along edges of the door to align the door relative to the opening as the door moves between the open and closed position. Each of the roller assemblies are comprised of a cylindrical roller having an outer annual recess extending along the periphery thereof. The recess is dimensioned to receive a lateral edge of the door. The roller is mounted on a shaft and is movable against a biasing force axially along the axis of the shaft.

VERTICALLY STACKING PANEL DOOR WITH CAM LEVERS AND IMPROVED RAMPS

In example implementations, a track of a vertically stacking door is provided. The track includes a vertical track, a track coupling coupled to the vertical track, a first curved track portion coupled to the track coupling, a second curved track portion coupled to the track coupling, and a ramp coupled to the vertical track before the track coupling.

Safety brake for vertical lifting doors

A vertical door system includes a safety brake that is engaged when the vertical door system fails. The safety brake includes a panel with a slanted channel and a pin slidably disposed in the slanted channel. The panel may be coupled to a counterweight that keeps the pin from engaging with stops in a track when the safety brake is disengaged. When the panel is uncoupled from the counterweight, the safety brake engages and the pin may slide in the channel to allow contact between a portion of the pin and one of the stops in the track to inhibit movement of a door.
