Folding door structure
A folding door structure is provided. The folding door structure includes an upright column, upper sliding bracket and a lower sliding bracket. The upright column is hinged to the door leaves. The folding door structure further includes a first lock component. The first lock component includes a first latch mounted inside the upright column, and both ends of which are extended out from the top and bottom of the upright column to insert into the upper slide and/or the lower slide. By providing a first lock component and an upright column, a first latch can lock the position of the upright column relative to a door frame in a direction of wind pressure. Accordingly, the stress environment of the upper sliding bracket and the lower sliding bracket is improved, and the reliability and the resistance to high wind pressure of the connection mounting structure between adjacent door leaves are improved.
FURNITURE ITEM WITH A LEAF
A method is described for building a furniture item (MC) that—in use—comprises a leaf (30, 32), a linear downwards-inclined guide (230), and a body (200) slidably mounted on the guide (230) and connected to the leaf (30, 32) to drag it to an end-of-travel position, wherein said body (200) moves on the guide (230) to drag the leaf only thanks to the force of gravity.

Rail for guiding a carriage of a furniture door
A rail for guiding a carriage of a furniture door, in which the rail has at least one mounting part. The at least one mounting part can be fastened to a furniture part, which is formed by a side wall of a piece of furniture, and can be releasably connected to a guide part. The guide part has at least one guide for the carriage.
Triple sash egress window
A triple sash hung egress window allows the operable lower sash and middle sash to each travel a greater distance relative to a prior art hung window in order to give more clear space height for a given size window. This additional travel distance is achieved by raising the position of the seating flanges of each sash to be located proximate an upper surface of the top rail of the respective sash. Additionally, the profile of the sill is lowered so that a portion of the flanges of the glazing pocket of the lower sash visibly extend above the sill.
FOLDING DOOR SYSTEM
A folding door system comprising a concealed hinge, a first frame, and a second frame. The concealed hinge comprises a first hinge block having a slot formed therein and defining a first sliding portion, a second hinge block having a slot formed therein and defining a second sliding portion, a first linkage having a first connection pivotally secured to the first hinge block and a second connection slidably and pivotally secured within the second sliding portion, and a second linkage pivotally connected to the first linkage and having a third connection pivotally secured to the second hinge block and a fourth connection slidably and pivotally secured within the first sliding portion. The first hinge block is mounted to a side face of the first frame and the second hinge block is mounted to a side face of the second frame.

Guide system for furniture parts
A guide system includes a first and second guide rail for guiding furniture parts. The second guide rail, in the mounted position, extends transversely relative to the first guide rail. A guiding device is connected to the first furniture part, and is movable relative to the first and second guide rails and has a fitting portion for fastening to the first furniture part. A carrier is displaceable relative to the second guide rail and is connected to a second fitting portion for fastening to the second furniture part. A first drive device moves the guiding device, starting from the second guide rail, at least over a region in a direction towards the first guide rail. The guide system has a second drive device for moving the guiding device, starting from the first guide rail, into a position in which the first and second fitting portion are aligned.
Power-actuated jeep wrangler fabric top and associated methods
A power-actuated fabric top for a vehicle includes a fabric top section configured to be adapted between a folded position and an unfolded position, guide rails statically affixed to an existing frame of the vehicle, and a power-actuated displacement mechanism for retracting and advancing the fabric top section between the folded position and the unfolded position. Such a power-actuated displacement mechanism is operably coupled to the guide rails. The fabric top section is configured to have a substantially horizontal travel path along an anterior portion of the guide rails and thereby does not pivot up and away from the guide rails. The fabric top section is operably coupled to the guide rails and responsive to an operating mode of the power-actuated displacement mechanism. The folded position of the fabric top section is piled up inside the existing tailgate portion of the existing vehicle.
