Door operator
A door operator includes a housing and at least one linearly guided piston in the housing. A roller carrier is disposed in the piston and includes a rotatably movable supported pressure roller. The piston is formed as a deep drawn structural component and includes a bottom and a circumferential walling. The support and the axial guiding of the roller carrier with a pressure roller within the piston can be realized in a simple and cost effective manner. Furthermore, an aperture is provided in the bottom of the piston, through which the pressure roller protrudes to the outside beyond the bottom of the piston.
Decelerated hinge for furniture
A hinge (10) for mounting a door on a piece of furniture or the like comprises a hinge arm (11) securable to a fixed part (12) of the piece of furniture, a box (14) securable to a door of the piece of furniture and connected to the hinge arm (11) by an articulation system (15) comprising a plurality of swinging connecting levers and spring means (27) acting in the closing direction of the hinge (10); the hinge (10) further comprises a decelerating device (29) comprising a housing body (30), supported and configured in such a way so as to be disposed at one of the front or side walls (11′, 11″) of the hinge arm (11), and a linearly movable actuating member (31) actuatable by one (18) of the swinging connecting levers of the articulation system (15) of the hinge.
FURNITURE HINGE
A furniture hinge for pivotally connecting at least two furniture parts to one another, including: at least two fastening portions which are pivotally connected to one another for fastening to the furniture parts, wherein the fastening portions can be moved relative to each other between a closed position and an open position, a spring device for pressing the fastening portions into the closed position and/or into the open position, a damping device for dampening a relative movement of the fastening portions, wherein the spring device is integrated into the damping device, wherein the damping device and the spring device are accommodated within a first and within a second housing portion, wherein the first and second housing portions, for performing the relative movement, are displaceably arranged relative to one another.
Flap fitting for a piece of furniture, side wall of a body of a piece of furniture and piece of furniture comprising a side wall
A flap fitting for a piece of furniture includes a compound lever with a number of levers for guiding a wing of the piece of furniture, and a damping unit including at least one damper for damping the wing as it approaches a closed end position. The damping unit is arranged inside a housing of the wing fitting and includes an abutment against which one of the levers of the compound lever presses in order to damp the movement of the wing.
Multi-containment Large Animal Trap
A trap for large animals. The system utilizes multi-containment areas for improved efficiency in herd animal trapping. The outer containment zone of the system is designed in such a way to promote animals further into the inner containment zone. The improved efficiency lowers overall cost of trap operation in terms of time, consumable bait replenishment and number of attempts on target animal groups. The system allows for independent and remote actuation of containment zone gates. Data is transmitted to a remote user and remote actuation of attracting or deterring audio can be done during trapping process. The architecture of the trap dissuades animals capable of jumping from doing so over the containment walls.
DEVICE FOR EMERGENCY OPENING OF AN AIRCRAFT DOOR WITH PERIPHERAL RETAINING MEMBER
A device for emergency opening of an aircraft door having: a tubular actuating member (7) which includes a first end plate (8) and a second end plate (9); an elastic compression device having a tubular spring (10) compressed between the first end plate (8) and the second end plate (9); an expansion regulator (17, 18) arranged inside the tubular spring (10); a retaining member which includes at least one peripheral attachment connecting the first end plate (8) to the second end plate (9), the peripheral attachment being radially outside the tubular spring (10).

LID OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE
To improve the operability of the pushrod, in the lid opening and closing device, the sleeve supports the pushrod, and the cam protrusion of the pushrod is inserted into the cam hole of the sleeve so as to be relatively movable. When the pushrod reciprocates in the axial direction, the cam hole guides the cam protrusion, and the pushrod rotates. The sleeve has a small-diameter tubular portion, a large-diameter tubular portion, and a connecting portion that connects them. These two tubular portions are separated in the axial direction, and the cam hole is arranged between them. That is, the sleeve is composed of a single member. Thus, compared with the case where the sleeve is composed of two members, small-diameter and large-diameter tubular portion, that are assembled to the case, it is possible to suppress the displacement of both end faces in the width direction of the cam hole.

Stay
A stay includes a first arm rotatably connected to any one of a body or a door openable to the body; a second arm, one end of the second arm being rotatably connected to the first arm and the other end being connected to any one of the body or the door. The first arm includes a resilient body, a slider urged by the resilient body to the second arm. A case slidably supports the slider toward the second arm, and a pressing part is abutted and pressured onto a cam face disposed to the second arm by the slider. An adjustment mechanism changes a pressing position between the cam face and the pressing part to a crossing direction with respect to a sliding direction of the slider and a rotation shaft axis direction of the second arm.
