Device for sliding of doors coated with industrial laminates

A device for mounting a sliding of door on a wall to enable slidable movement of the door to open and close a wall opening. The device includes a guide profile having a horizontally-orientated base forming a track, which is attached to a correspondingly horizontally-orientated upper end of the door via a fastener. The guide profile further includes an inverted U-shaped seat extending upwardly from and positioned over the base. A trolley slide is fixedly attached to the wall above the wall opening via a fastener. The trolley slide has one or more vertically-orientated rotatable wheels configured for insertion into and engagement with the inverted U-shaped seat, such that sliding movement of the door effects rotation of the wheels within the inverted U-shaped seat. A cushioned stop positioned at an end of the track is configured to contact the trolley slide to stop slidable movement of the door.

A device for sliding and braking a sliding door includes a profile fastened to an inside of the sliding door, and two damper stops arranged on a base portion of the profile at opposite ends of the profile and offset relative to each other in a direction perpendicular to the inside of the sliding door. Each damper stop includes a piston and a coil spring housed in a frame, and a pivoting slider slidably supported in the frame and connected to the piston and the coil spring. The device further includes a wall support for supporting the door on a wall via engagement of wheels provided on the support in an upper guide portion of the profile. The support has appendages arranged so that a respective one of the appendages actuates the pivoting slider of one of the two damper stops when opening and closing the sliding door.

Power Slide Window

To provide a power slide window in which, irrespective of the assembly accuracy, the step between the slide panel and the window glass pane in the closed state can be reduced, at least one pin drive groove (30) formed in a slider (20) to engage at least one pin (16) extends in a direction crossing a panel surface (2b) of the window glass pane (2) and inclined to the direction of extension of a groove main portion (26a) of a pin guide groove (26). A stopper (23) configured to limit the movement of the slider (20) toward the closed position is provided in a slider guide groove (27), and a position adjustment structure (32) capable of adjusting the position of the stopper (23) in the direction of extension of the slider guide groove (27) is provided. By adjusting the position of the stopper (23) by the position adjustment structure (32), it is possible to limit the movement of the slider (20) toward the closed position at a position where the slide panel (3) aligns with the window glass pane (2).

Sliding door locking system

A sliding door locking system includes a sliding door having an inner surface that slides over a doorway opening when the door is slidably mounted above the doorway opening, and an outer surface. A lock housing is mounted in the sliding door, the housing having an aperture extending through the inner surface of the sliding door. A latch is hingedly mounted in the aperture such that the latch is moveable from a retracted position, in which the door is slidable along the door opening, and an extended position, in which the latch engages a catch opposite the inner surface of the door and adjacent the doorway opening. At least one of the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door includes an actuator that, when moved from a first position to a second position, moves the latch from the retracted position to the extended position.

SAFETY DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOOR

[Problem] To provide a safety device for a sliding door with which finger pinching can be automatically prevented without manually operating a stopper, and which can be smoothly closed without a resistance that acts when closing the sliding door. [Solution] A safety device for a sliding door is provided with a guide frame 11 and a feed plate 12 that are mounted on the opening side and the sliding door side, respectively, so as to face each other. A low-speed movement groove 38a and a lock groove 38b are provided on the guide frame 11 side. A contact face 12c that is inclined to contact a disk roller is provided on the feed plate 12 side. In addition, when the feed plate 12 collides with the disk roller 14 at a force stronger than or equal to a prescribed value, the shaft 14b of the disk roller 14 is moved from inside the low-speed movement groove 38a to inside the lock groove 38b and the movement of the disk roller 14 in the left-right direction is locked.

Power Slide Window

To provide a power slide window in which the projecting dimension of the guide rail from the panel surface is small, the guide rail (4) defines a pin guide groove (26) that includes a groove main portion (26a) extending along a panel surface (2b) and at least one groove extension portion (26b) configured to drive a slide panel (3) in a direction to approach the window glass pane (2) via a pin (16) when the slide panel reaches the vicinity of the closed position. A slider guide groove (27) provided in the guide rail 4 to allow sliding of the slider 20 which is slidingly driven in the opening and closing direction and a groove main portion (26a) of a pin guide groove (26) are formed at least partially in common with each other.
