A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.

SWITCH HINGE STRUCTURE USED IN DOOR OF VEHICLE
A switch hinge structure used for a charging door or a fuel door of a vehicle includes: a structure housing having an inner wall on which a first boss is disposed; a guide member concentrically installed in the structure housing, and having a groove track on an outer wall thereof; a first spring installed in the structure housing to provide thrust to the guide member in a direction toward an outside of the vehicle; a rotation member installed on an end of the structure housing, having an annular shape, and having a second boss on an interior circumference thereof; and a second spring providing torque to the guide member through the second boss. The first and second bosses are accommodated in the groove track, and guide movement of the guide member when the guide member moves out of the vehicle by an action of the first and second springs.
AIRCRAFT DOOR WITH ADDITIONAL SAFETY LIFT
Aircraft door (1) having: an opening panel (2) provided with engagement abutments (26); a frame (3) intended to be attached to the fuselage (4) of the aircraft and including engagement counter-abutments (27); a hinge arm (5); a lifting lever (10); and a rotary control lever (20) which can be operated in a disengagement direction in order to unlock the opening panel (2). The door includes a one-way operating rod (18) which connects the control lever (20) to the lifting lever (10) and is designed to drive the lifting lever (10) only when the control lever (20) is actuated in the direction of disengagement.
AIRCRAFT DOOR WITH ADDITIONAL SAFETY LIFT
Aircraft door (1) having: an opening panel (2) provided with engagement abutments (26); a frame (3) intended to be attached to the fuselage (4) of the aircraft and including engagement counter-abutments (27); a hinge arm (5); a lifting lever (10); and a rotary control lever (20) which can be operated in a disengagement direction in order to unlock the opening panel (2). AIRCRAFT DOOR WITH CIRCULAR TRANSLATION GUIDE
Aircraft door (1) including an opening (4), a frame (3), a hinge structure (5) and a circular translation guide device designed to maintain the orientation of the opening (4) during the opening or closing thereof. The hinge structure (5) is connected to the opening (4) by a lifting arm (8) allowing a lifting movement of the opening (4) relative to the hinge structure (5). The circular translation guide device includes a single link (11) connected to the frame (3) by one of the ends thereof and by the other of the ends thereof to a lever (13) which is attached to the hinge structure (5).
Gated barrier with lift lock
The present lift lock is employed on a gate that is swingable and liftable on a first axis. In a first position the lift lock is on the first axis and in a blocking position that prevents the gate from being lifted relative to a barrier having the gate. The lift lock is slideable away from the first position on the axis to a second position away from the axis where the lift lock is in an unblocking position, thereby permitting the gate to be lifted on the axis. The lift lock snaps into and out of the second position.
DOUBLE-ACTING DOOR
A moveable wall includes a panel and a door that pivots with respect to the panel. A moveable bottom panel portion is connected to and can move with respect to a bottom edge of the panel. A panel height adjustment assembly can move the moveable bottom panel portion with respect to the bottom edge of the panel into and out of engagement with a floor surface. The panel height adjustment assembly is activated by a user without the use of tools. A moveable bottom door portion is connected to and can move with respect to a bottom edge of the door. A door height adjustment assembly can move the moveable bottom door portion with respect to the bottom edge of the door so that the moveable bottom door portion is adjacent the floor surface. The door height adjustment assembly is activated by a user without the use of tools.
DOUBLE-ACTING DOOR
A moveable wall includes a panel and a door that pivots with respect to the panel. A moveable bottom panel portion is connected to and can move with respect to a bottom edge of the panel. A panel height adjustment assembly can move the moveable bottom panel portion with respect to the bottom edge of the panel into and out of engagement with a floor surface. The panel height adjustment assembly is activated by a user without the use of tools. A moveable bottom door portion is connected to and can move with respect to a bottom edge of the door. A door height adjustment assembly can move the moveable bottom door portion with respect to the bottom edge of the door so that the moveable bottom door portion is adjacent the floor surface. The door height adjustment assembly is activated by a user without the use of tools.
Draw-tight apparatus for ramp doors and the like
A ramp door closure apparatus is provided for recreational vehicles, having a recessed linear actuator both draw a cable from a mounting bracket on the ramp door adjacent to the RV opening, to raise and lower the ramp door, and then cam a locking pin fixed to the ramp door into a seal tight position after the ramp door is raised. Upon release of the locking pin from the cam when opening the door, an initial push is provided to facilitate downward rotation of the ramp door. The linear actuator is selectively detachable from the cable so as to allow manual raising and lowering of the ramp door from within the RV, by means of releasable pins accessed in the mounting structure.
