Double hung latch and jamb hardware
A fenestration operation hardware assembly includes latch mechanisms configured for coupling to respective top and bottom sashes, and a paddle member configured for coupling the latch mechanisms. The latch mechanisms include movable latch bolts, and at least one of the latch mechanisms includes an operator interface feature movable between at least initial and operating positions. In an initial position, the latch bolts are in respective projected positions, and the top and bottom panels are immobilized. In a first withdrawn position, at least one of the top and bottom panels is movable, and in a second withdrawn position, at least one of the top and bottom panels is tiltable. In an example, a top latch bolt is moved by the paddle member according to movement of the bottom latch bolt.

Integrated window regulator assembly
A rattle mitigation assembly for a window regulator installed in a vehicle door includes drive unit housing having a port with a mouth of a cylindrical cavity adapted to receive a connector of a sheathed cable; a profiled end face extending around the mouth; and a slot extending radially outward from the cylindrical cavity, along the cylindrical cavity and through the end face. The end face forms a radially sloped ramp profile configured to exert a radial bias on a compression spring surrounding the connector and abutting the end face. An optimal slope angle of the ramp for urging the spring in the radial direction lies in the range of 45 through 80 with respect to a plane extending radially relative to the cylindrical cavity. An optional wedge profile with an increasing elevation along a direction away from the radially sloped ramp profile may be arranged opposite the ramp profile to exert an axial bias on the compression spring.
Double hung operation hardware
A fenestration operation hardware assembly includes at least one latch mechanism and an operation hardware assembly configured for coupling with a panel slidable within a frame. The latch mechanism includes a latch bolt and a latch biasing element coupled with the latch bolt. An operator of the operation hardware assembly is remote from the latch mechanism and is coupled with the panel. The operator includes an operator interface feature movable between initial and operating positions. In the initial position the latch bolt is in a projecting position, and in the operating position the operator interface feature moves the latch bolt into one or more withdrawn positions. The operation hardware assembly includes a retention assembly for retaining the latch bolt in a withdrawn position.

FURNITURE DRIVE FOR DRIVING A MOVABLE FURNITURE PART
A furniture drive for driving a movable furniture part, including a housing, an electric motor, and a bearing device via which the electric motor is mounted in and/or on the housing. The bearing device includes a damping element made of a sound-absorbing material, an actuator, preferably movable back and forth between two end positions, for exerting force on the furniture part to be driven, and a transmission connected between the electric motor and the actuator. A coupling device connects the electric motor, preferably a shaft of the electric motor or a gear connected thereto, to the transmission. The coupling device consists at least partially of a sound-absorbing material, and the housing has a maximum width of less than 18 mm, preferably less than 16 mm.

Hood Mount Assembly
A hood mount includes a bracket, a plunger assembly, and a receiver assembly. The bracket includes a plurality of recesses and is adapted to be mounted to one of a vehicle body or a hood. The plunger assembly includes a plunger including a tapered surface and is adapted to be mounted to the other of the vehicle body or hood. The receiver assembly includes a body defining a tapered seat, a pair of apertures extending through the body, a pair of rods extending through the apertures, and a plurality of bushings fixed to the rods. A portion of the plurality of bushings are received in the plurality of recesses. In a first position, the tapered surface of the plunger is spaced apart from the tapered seat of the body. In a second position, the tapered surface of the plunger contacts the tapered seat of the body.
