Banknote handling system for automated casino accounting
A banknote handling system includes an unlocking system. The unlocking system includes a camera, a first mechanical arm to which one or a plurality of keys are affixed, and a controller that determines a position of a keyhole based on an image from the camera, and controls the first arm to insert one of the one or the plurality of keys into the keyhole and turn the inserted key for unlocking. In many examples, the unlocking system is configured to unlock a banknote cashbox.
Method and apparatus for mobile cash transportation
A device designed to validate and transport paper currency in a protected fashion. While being transported, the device monitors for tampering or break-in attempts and subsequently generates warning notifications, or sounds an alarm depending on configuration and the type of tampering detected. The transport case provides end-to-end cash accountability from a location where a bill is inserted into the case, to the bank or cash destination, where the transport case is delivered. Additionally, a docking station accessory is described in which the transport case can be securely fixed while at a point of sale.
Receptacle for receiving and securing packages and other items
A method of allowing access to a receptacle for securing a package includes: sensing an opening and closing of the lid; activating, in response to determining the lid is sufficiently closed, the lock mechanism to transition from the unlocked state to the locked state; scanning an email message in a user's email account to identify a reference or tracking number of a second package; parsing the email message to obtain a delivery code; receiving entry of the delivery code; activating the lock mechanism based on entry of the delivery code to transition from the locked state to the unlocked state; sensing a second opening and closing of the lid; activating the lock mechanism to transition from the unlocked state to the locked state; receiving information corresponding to entry of an access code; activating the lock mechanism to transition from the locked state to the unlocked state.
AN INK-STAINING ANTI-THEFT CASH BOX
An ink-staining anti-theft cash box includes cash box mounted mainframe of bill acceptor, automatic vending machine or service kiosk and defining accommodation chamber, front opening and top mounting hole, ink cartridge including cartridge body mounted top mounting hole of mainframe, a plurality of ink holders accommodated cartridge body and actuator adapted for triggering ink holders, anti-theft security module with trigger unit mounted cash box, locking mechanism including control unit and operating unit operable drive control unit in locking or unlocking trigger unit. If cash box removed from mainframe by force without unlocking locking mechanism according normal unlocking procedure, trigger unit of anti-theft security module trigger actuator of ink cartridge, forcing respective ink holders to ink-stain storage bills in box body with unfading ink, causing bills lose their market value or transaction capabilities, deterring criminals to limit their criminal acts and enhancing security level of cash box.
Safe with latch and key lock
A safe. A safe lid is connected to a safe box via a hinge. A fascia assembly is connected to the safe lid and a latch assembly is connected to the safe box. The fascia assembly includes a keypad and a fascia assembly locking groove. The latch assembly includes a latch having a fascia assembly locking tab and a lock latch locking tab. The latch assembly also has a lock lever pivotally connected to the latch and the latch assembly. A motor in the latch assembly receives electrical inputs from the keypad. The latch assembly also has a key lock. A lock latch is connected to and controlled by the motor and the key lock. A lock latch reset spring is connected to the lock latch. The safe is locked when the fascia assembly locking tab is inserted into the fascia assembly locking groove and also when the lock latch locking tab is secured behind the lock latch. The safe is unlocked by entering a pass code into the key pad. This caused an electrical signal to be transmitted to the motor. The motor then operates to move the lock latch so that it releases the lock latch locking tab. The safe can also be opened by turning the key lock to move the lock latch so that it releases the lock latch locking tab.
Tamper switch activation without power
A tamper-detection device and system are disclosed. The tamper-detection device includes one or more components which enable the tamper-detection device to detect a state change, even in the absence of a power supply. A capacitor is provided in the tamper-detection device that, when shorted, discharges and induces a state change at a microcontroller of the tamper-detection device.
Medicinal safe, lockable in a medicine cabinet
The present invention is a preferably rectangular sturdy, yet plastic, compartment or safe, small enough to fit inside a medicine cabinet, but large enough to house pill bottles and other medications. The safe has an openable and lockable front door that preferably comprises the safe's front wall. The safe also has laterally expandable side wings that also can be reduced inwardly to the width of the safe or expand beyond this size to contact and grip the interior sidewalls of the medicine cabinet. The wings are able to be locked in the chosen position. They are also preferably shaped to secure themselves and the safe inside a medicine cabinet. The safe door and the wings are lockable by a number of mechanisms, most preferably via a wireless signal transmitted from a device controlled by a local wireless network or internet enabled device. The wings and the front door are meant to lock and unlock together for security.
STORAGE DEVICE
A storage device comprises a closable storage unit defining at least one storage space for personal items, and comprises a fastening unit, which is connected with the storage unit and which is configured for a fixation of the storage unit to at least one rod element.
LOCKABLE ENCLOSURE WITH COMBINATION LOCKING MECHANISM
A lockable enclosure includes a housing and an access door assembled with the housing and movable between a closed position and an open position. A latch is carried by the access door and is slideable along a first axis between a door latching and a door releasing position. A plurality of dials are carried by the access door and rotatable about a post extending along a second axis. When each of the plurality of dials is rotated to an unlocking orientation, an outer peripheral recess on each of the dials aligns with a corresponding dial engaging portion of the latch, allowing the latch to slide along the first axis from the door latching position to the door releasing position.
FLEXIBLE PORTABLE SECURITY BAG WITH AN ELONGATE ZIPPER
A portable, universally fitting, stylish, lockable security box or bag that integrally affixes to a an object such as the support or cross bar on a frame of a beach lounge chair, a stroller, bike, wheelchair or similar member where it is desirable to protect your valuables on a stationary or a larger movable object. The security bag is a device preferably comprised of a flexible flap component and a main bottom component which encloses the valuables of the user. When the security bag is positioned over an elongate object, such as the support bar of a chair, stroller or other object, the security bag can be affixed to the elongate object by employing a locking mechanism to close the security bag around the support object. The security bag includes an elongate zipper closure to provide a secure internal cavity formed by the two main components which makes this device simple and unique. The exterior design of the security bag makes universal fit a reality and protects the valuables of the user by securing them to a larger object and also hiding them from the view of third parties.
